Appalling site. I asked for a size reference by email before I bought my items. I received no response so I ordered the size that is standard for me with all other sellers (large - normally 42"-46"). When the items arrived after a multiple week wait, they were way too big (more like XXL). I didn't ask for a refund, merely to swap my items for ones that were the right size. I have still not received a response to any of the multiple emails I sent, despite their site highlighting their "hassle free returns policy."

Did I mention the quality of the materials in their shirts? Utter rubbish. It feels like a crappy plastic sheet

I ordered two shirts which really looked nice on the pictures. Also the size M seemed appropriate (I usually wear M). When I got the items I couldn't believe what I got (and it took weeks to get it, as it was sent from China!!). The textile feels completely artificial, the size is far more than medium, I would say XL. I wanted to return the items but no reply to my mail. No address either, so I have to keep this crappy items. I cannot recommend this online store at all, bad quality products, no communication, no refund. I would rate it with no star if possible.

I wish that I had read the reviews before purchasing the Tropical Summer Breeze shirts. The price should have alerted me. They are nasty polyester knock-offs; giant in size. Shame, they looked so nice in the pictures. Very disappointed.

Shirts are awful when they arrive, although look great in their photo's. No address to return them to. Even the courier won't accept the return. Multiple emails to Ceballi ignored. They provide a different address via Paypal, which bounces back. Terrible service for over priced rubbish. AVOID!

Fraud alert. Same experience as others. The shirts are laughably bad…worse than ever imaginable - no one would buy or wear these. They were advertised as a cotton blend with woven fabric. Instead they are a plastic/polyester with the design printed to look like the one of the website. I have no idea why they bothered sending thes…it’s like they’re rubbing it in!. I’m reporting to action fraud and making a credit card fraud claim. Hope they find these criminals (and make them live a life in their shirts)

Okay, so originally I actually gave this company 2 stars and I left the review text below if you are interested in what happened. But basically they made a mistake and seemed very surprised that it happened in the first place. I originally asked for a refund, but decided to cancel it, since it wasn't that much money and even tho it was not the product I meant to get I was starting to like it a tiny amount and thought that if someone made this by hand the price wasn't that bad. They then emailed me back telling me they are so sorry and that they have no clue what happened and they are investigating and even tho I said I didn't need a refund, they gave me one anyway and I could keep the product. I honestly respect that business decision a lot and they are a new startup company, so honestly even with them making a mistake, the people behind the scenes made a really competent decision, they replied within a few hours and the money actually rolled into my bank account today and I respect that, so therefor a 5 star review, I wish them the best of luck growing their business and hope stuff like this won't happen too often.

Okay, first of all what I bought was a lamp. The pictures of this lamp looked like the most cool blown glass art of flowers and mushrooms and the way the pictures was taken looked like it was much bigger like filled an entire bedside nightstand, also seemed to have a cord while this is battery driven. The thing that arrived was much smaller, had different art style and the pole is bigger and of another material than in the pictures, was also covered in the bottom while the other one was free and seemed like a regular completely regular lamp, where you could change a lightbulb. So at first I was very pissed and wrote an email to them for a refund. But actually I was looking at in the night and it started to look somewhat cool, looking closer I was thinking it was probably handmade and somewhat seemed to have put in a decent amount of effort to produce this, it had some broken pieces of the metal wiring on it, but since the price wasn't that bad I called of the refund, before they had a chance to answer, but decided to write this review since its false advertisement. Don't expect to get the exact product you order. Shipping seems reasonable fast comparing it coming from China. At least for this product I bought. This was my experience, expecting much greater than what I got and becoming a bit disappointed at first but the product growing on me a bit, thats why 2 stars. If I had read the reviews here first I would probably not have bought it though.

100% fraud I haven’t received my order yet 30 days waiting. And they never respond!

It's a fraud..I never received my order..I contacted yun express and was told they never received any parcel..

Very disappointed!!! I ordered three items, which were posted separately by the company. One arrived quickly but when I emailed about the other parcel, I never received a response dispute their 24/48 hours timeframe advised on their website. The second parcel arrived eventually but I am still missing part of my order. Again, I sent an email but after eight days I still haven’t received a response. I have no other way of contacting the company and am now out of pocket!!!

I had a really good experience, very good Customer Service, Shipping was on time, und the product was in a better condition than expect, 10/10 would recommend.

Amazing quality clothing, love it and fit perfectly
