I can’t track my package, there is no info what so ever on what is happening with my package…

First of all! Its not rocket science, i just ordered a pair of swimmingpool briefs. And ask ask me to give your Company ratings? Well here it is! its been over a week still no parcel. That is not good enough!

I did not get what i payed for. It disapered in the post

I have ordered a CD on April 16, it has not arrived yet.
Now DHL requires payment for freight! And I can not find any contact information to contact them. It is really a very bad experiences. And now CDON push me to give good ratings......baaaaad! I shall never again use CDON

Don't buy anything here. I bought a mirror through them from Bright Beaty Vanity and after two days the mirror just stopped working. The journey I then went through in their internal systems (back and forth though CDON and Bright Beaty Vanity) has been SO frustrating. In the end (after 3-4 weeks of mails and videos I had to sent in multiple times) they send me a new adapter - and that didn't work. Now I still have a defect mirror and when I try to contact either CDON or Bright Beauty Vanity I get "sent on" in the system or no one is answering and so firth. I can't even call CDON and get them to help me - I can only sent in a formula and then they just AGAIN redirect me to Bright Beaty Vanity. I will never purchase on CDON again and I advise you not to.

SCAM UPDATE!
its been 4 month soon since i ordered a pc from cdon, it took 2 months and over 100 emails that didnt get answared before they started to answar me from cdon, but some of cdons companies do buisness with scammers like provonto and cdon is not doing anything about it or helping you, when i recived the pc it was with a broken graphic card and seems impossible to get my money back so had to buy a brand new graphic card so i could use it just a little bit, there keep comming new problems up with the cpu now too, its the worst shopping experience i ever had, and still here 4 months after it looks like i have to take legal action to try to get some fair treatment. cannot tell enought how much i regret spending money with cdon.
