I purchased a 12 months Xbox LIVE gold membership only to find when I go to the store to redeem it it say it can only convert to 4 months games pass.
I contacted support they advised me to read xbox terms on there website and I told them I purchased the product from you and they are refusing to refund me.

they are aware of this issue and refuse to reply even tho it states they will get back to you in an hour 4 days later no reply also there ceos email is no where to be found and there deluded.

they are scammers please don't buy anything from them they scamm me today , i'm using always instant-activation.com they are the best i will never back to use CDKEYDISCOUNT

AWFUL. Please, if you want the game, but it at a store or elsewhere. I bought PUBG at 13:50pm, sent an email at 14:47pm asking where my confirmation email is and code for the game. it’s now 16:45pm and still heard nothing. it’s a joke. i’m so mad because i saved that money up for a month just to buy it (as we don’t have a lot of money spare.) :(

Spent 30$ on a game got the code allredy used said i was trying to scam them then i come here and see fake reviws DO NOT BUY FROME THEM

But its been a two days, didnt received the key yet,
their customer service just useless, Not gonna reply,
Dont buy from them at any cost.

Bought starwars battlefront. Promised to deliver keys within minutes turnout it took slightly more than a day.

Once I received the key and only to found out that it is a used key!

So stay away!

I've ordered Anno 2205 with Paypal payment but I used other email for registration on this website. As soon as I made an order they sent me an email to my PayPal account asking me if I made an order, security verification! It was really pleasant to see that they are willing to check if its the same person who ordered the game and used different email. Payment checks are alaways great and this is what I liked about this site! It's my first order and I really believe that i will continue to buy from them.
I recieved my key 10-15 minutes after it and I don't bother that's not 2-5mins...

I had a problems with MGS5 but they informed everyone through email and facebook and newsletter about keys being late so I don't know why some people can't just realize that things like this happens, publishers/distributors change policies and plans in last minute...

Its business.

I bought a cd voucher for Metal gear solid 5 from them and waited , nothing happenrd for the first 3 hours , so I chased them up with an e-mail asking whats the delay ? 20 minutes later I recieved an email with a picture of voucher code on it .
So I then proceeded to follow their instructions as to how to redeem the voucher for the game , but it turns out that the code was rejected , seeing as it had already been redeemed by someone else .
So after numerous emails and messages to them , with no reply at all , I have now opened a dispute with them in paypal . but still no reply .

Ordered metal gear solid 5 just before relese and im still waiting over 2 weeks later. I sent several messages and nothing untill I said I was getting onto paypal to get my money back they said it would be any minute now a week ago. Asked for a refund and nothing!
Useless company do not buy anything from them!
I bought 2 games from cdkeys.com and no proplem but this company are nothing to do with them....

Ordered a GTA V Steam key last year.

Turned out they couldn't deliver a Steam key and were only able to provide a Rockstar Social Club key, and refused to answer when I asked for a refund.

Stupid as I am, still bought a Metal Gear Solid V key from them yesterday.

And despite the store page saying "instant delivery", had to wait 3 hours before I sent a message to support asking how long it was going to be.
"We're out of supply and should restock any moment now", they said.

Next day, still nothing. Asked for a cancellation and a refund, they gave me the PR talk, about how they're sorry and will gladly offer a refund if I really can't wait. I replied that I can't wait and I did want the refund.

They cancelled the order, but NEVER refunded the purchase and didn't answer when I asked about it the first time.

An hour later, I insisted and started insinuating they stole from me, they sent back a reply saying that since they were based in Canada (which actually has nothing to do with anything), it would take 2-3 hours for the refund to process on Paypal.

4 hours later, still nothing.

Slow and just useless

I ordered GTA V months ago. It's been out now for weeks.

They do not respond to support emails.
Their chat service is always down.
Their forums are now closed.
And their website went offline for a a day.

I suspect they are ready to go out of business.

I advised that they were still promoting CDKEYSDISCOUNT, a company who did not honor their transactions and, it seems, have stolen from plenty of customers.

[Name] from CDKEYPRICES was VERY helpful in dealing with CDKEYSDISCOUNT.

I sent screenshots of may Paypal purchase, the order as displayed on CDKEYSDISCOUNT and told my story.

[Name] from CDKEYSDISCOUNT was very apologetic and offered me the key or a refund.

I got my money back within 5 business days.

I ordered GTA V a while back. It was advertised as a steam key at the moment. I check the website 2 weeks before the release to find out that they are sending out Social Club keys instead of Steam, they didn't tell me this but I dealt with it anyways.

Nearly a week after the release of GTA V, still I don't have a key. A steam key or even a social club.

Basically, I've wasted my money. Even worse, I ordered Witcher 3 from these people too I am unable to cancel that order..

This review is in no way to in a sense "put down" the company, but in order to improve a business people have to point out your mistakes and let you know what you're doing wrong so you can get better to become bigger.

I pre-ordered a gta v steam key a couple months ago when there was no option on steam. I messaged support and asked questions on the GTA V page on if we could get our keys a day or two early so we can preload because the game is 60+ gigs and I didn't want to just download on day one when my friends are playing, but received no messages back from support on the issue. Now I understand not every company can get keys early and some have to go through hell to get them on day one so the pre-load wasn't an issue. My next problem was the listing that I purchased was a "Steam Key", and received a rockstar social club key. Now I understand they serve the same purpose, but I enjoy using steam and unlocking steam achievements. I contacted support, canceled my order, and should recieve a refund once the key they sent me sells without any problems. Now this all isn't bugging me in anyway, the thing that bugs me is the way they handle their business. Changing your listing from steam key to rockstar social club key and not even alerting or telling anyone that purchased the steam is very shady. How hard is it for you to generate a list of customers that purchased from "Listing date to Date listing was changed" and let them know that it's no longer a steam key. Also why is it so hard to get a hold of support any other day then around launch? Again this company shows potential, but the only way for them to grow as a business is for us to point out their flaws and help them fix them.

I purchased GTA V from this site, didn't get any key or info about it, sent dozen messages to support, no answer at all. Their website and Facebook aren't updated since February, it looks that company is only open for taking Your money, but none of the other services, like giving You what You payed for. Also I am not the only one, lot of people are complaining on their Facebook about same thing, but none of them got any answer from company.Of course, they didn't get their refund when asked for.SO CONCLUSION IS - THIS IS SCAM AND THEY SHOULD BE REPORTED. FRIENDLY ADVICE - DON'T BUY ANYTHING FROM CDKEYSDISCOUNT IF YOU DON'T WANNA LOSE YOUR MONEY!
