I bought a steam key, didn't get it after an hour or so. Couldn't login with the credentials they gave me or my email so I couldn't submit a ticket. I contacted PayPal to get it resolved. Hopefully it will.

I have bought A bunch of keys from cdkeyhouse and have always received valid keys and fast I have been buying here for a over 5 years This is a great website and I recommend it to many of my friends

i just recently bought a key and they needed my verification(phone number) to "complete" my order but they just took money from my account and have yet to look at my ticket its been almost 2 days. your best choice is to just pay full price because they don't respond on support and make you wait multiple days for help

Site is compromised and dealing with deep web entities.

Windows key purchased in April 2021, within 30 minutes of fresh windows install and activation, computer was hit with ransomware attack. Nothing installed, key allowed for backdoor access.

I have gotten several keys for software and games from CDKeyHouse over the last few years and I do recommend them to my friends. If I ever needed technical support, they have responded quickly and they offered advice or solutions which helped me fix the problem to 100% satisfaction.

Got sent a preactivated code. I reached out to customer support through their ticket service and they sent me a new code within a couple of hours. Fantastic speedy response customer service

This site promises much but much of it is eye candy. The prices are the best thing about this site but as the saying goes, you get what you pay for. Service and support is abysmal, very slow to respond and when they do, their information is always vague.
On my last two purchases I have received the incorrect product or activation keys and as such, both orders were cancelled because they could not fulfill their orders as stated. They advertise that you get your keys immediately by email but every time I have purchased a product I have been forced to wait at least 24 hours.
Sometimes it is better to pay full price and forgo the run around by sites like this.

They actually care about their customers. For my specific order, they contacted me to make sure i ordered the correct version before issuing the key because i ordered an europe version. Most companies just take your money and do it but this time is different. They take care of their customers. They are highly recommended because of top notch service.

Got an amazing price on a AntiVirus bundle. In total it must have been 90% below sales price. I did have to verify my phone after purchase and then had to wait for staff approval which only took 5 minutes. All in all, I would do it again and recommend it to others.

I have entered the wrong email by accident and so I would not get the cd key I bought,
After about 5 to 10 minutes they replied and just sent it to the correct email, simple as that

I'm a beginner when it comes to setting up my own custom PC, so I don't really know much about computers. I didn't realize I had to wait a little for the emailed code, but that was totally fine because I got the code promptly the next day after ordering.
It was also very affordable (I got it on sale, so extra affordable!) and the code and directions were delivered in a very straightforward manner.
I just downloaded whatever two Microsoft things the link sent me to and then entered the code in my settings. It said it wasn't valid at first, but I just restarted my computer and I was good to go.

Excellent, the key was given to me as soon as possible.

Some weeks ago I bought an Office 2019 Professional Plus Licence which I didn't had the opportunity to validate immediately. Yesterday I tried to do it but on the call I was told that it was not a valid licence.

I immediately reached out support and Michael (unfortunately I don't know his last name) replied pretty quick. I explained to him the situation and shared with him the data requested and, in no time, he solved the issue by providing a new licence which worked perfectly.
