Great product, the delivery service lost the parcel. Cctv outlet phoned me to tell me they they said. “What ever happens it would be sorted within 48hours”. They then phoned me The next day to say it would be with me that day with the time which it was. Fantastic service couldn’t do better. I will be using them again.

Good Delivery turnaround, no communication
Happy with turnaround of sale to delivery but left a voicemail to enquire when I'd receive my order but nobody returned the call nor was there an estimated delivery day.

thank you for the review. Having looked into this it appears that there are a couple of issues.
Firstly the tracking information should have been sent across to yourself. Unfortunately it appears the contact information for the tracking that was entered by the courier went back to ourselves. We will be reviewing the process to ensure that this is checked and proactively acted upon if the information is incorrect.
Secondly we appear to not have the voicemail that was left. If at all possible would you be able to drop us an email on support@cctvoutlet.co.uk and let us know the time and date you called? Either way we will be investigating this as we aim to reply to all voicemails left on the system.
We sincerely apologise for what looks like a lack of communication and we will be looking into the issues above.
In the meantime should you require any support on any of the products purchased or advice on what we have listed please do not hesitate to email us on support@cctvoutlet.co.uk or call 02039 071578.
Edit - We have found where the issue is and it appears some settings were lost when the VoiP provider updated their system. We have been assured that this has been resolved. Once again we apologise for any issues this has caused.
