Title: Shell Company and Ignored Victims

I am one of the victims who lost money through projects connected to Aleksandr (Oleksandr) Vysotskyi, including Cloud Course LLC (Florida, registered in 2022), Business Booster, and BBooster.

Here are the verified facts from my personal experience:

Shell company: Cloud Course LLC exists only on paper. Public filings from 2021–2025 show only names and addresses, with no licenses, no real business activity, and no financial reporting. Addresses and registration details change regularly, which creates the appearance of activity but hides the real structure.

How I was misled: All promises were made by Artem Evzhenkov, who promoted Telelend / Neuro and claimed to run a “$3 million startup.” He promised educational and investment programs. I never had direct contact with Vysotskyi and was not aware of his involvement at first.

Real recipient of funds: Only after making payments did I discover through bank records that my money was sent to Cloud Course LLC, which is controlled by Vysotskyi. This is how I learned about his role.

Ignored requests: After problems appeared, I sent multiple requests for explanations and refunds. All were ignored. No official response was ever provided.

Financial loss: I transferred £62,000. Only £20,000 was partially recovered through bank intervention. The rest remains unpaid.

Corporate network: The same people appear connected to multiple entities (Business Booster, BBooster, consulting structures). This creates confusion and makes accountability difficult.

Public image vs reality: Vysotskyi publicly promotes himself as a successful Silicon Valley investor and business mentor. Based on my experience, these claims helped create trust but did not reflect how clients were actually treated.

Evidence: I have bank statements, proof of partial refund, and archived messages showing ignored refund and information requests. Public corporate filings confirm the lack of real operations.

I am sharing this to warn others. Please be extremely careful before sending money to any projects connected with these individuals or companies.

Concerns about the owner and network of companiesring this review based on my…

I am sharing this review based on my personal experience and independent research.

In my opinion, Course Cloud LLC does not operate as a real independent business. The website appears empty, with no clear products or services, which raises serious questions about its real purpose.

What concerns me most is the connection to Oleksandr Vystostkyi and his network of companies (including Visotskyi Consulting / Bbooster Inc), which publicly present themselves as highly successful and international.

Based on my experience and information shared by many victims online, funds connected to the Teleland / Neuro project appear to have passed through companies linked to this network. After public exposure, several new entities (Neuro Platform, Neuro Capital, etc.) were reportedly created in different jurisdictions, which, in my opinion, looks like an attempt to legitimize questionable activities.

I personally suffered financial losses and did not receive clear explanations.

I strongly recommend that anyone dealing with companies connected to this owner carefully research the entire business structure and history before trusting them with money.

This review reflects my personal opinion and experience.

Beware of Cloud Course LLC — Shell Company, Fraudulent Practices

We, a group of victims from multiple countries, warn others about Cloud Course LLC, a Florida-registered shell company owned by Aleksandr (Oleksandr) Vysotskyi. This company collects funds from victims of Evzhenkov’s telelend and neuro-related scams, while refusing to deliver any promised services.

Despite Aleksandr Vysotskyi’s claims of massive business experience, consulting, and investments in over 100 companies in Silicon Valley, our experience proves otherwise:

Payments made and ignored: Clients transferred significant sums (one case £62,000; only £20,000 partially recovered via bank intervention).

One owner, multiple companies: Cloud Course LLC, Business Booster, Consulting services — all controlled by the same individuals, promising services but delivering nothing.

Shell structure: The company exists only to collect funds; correspondence is ignored, and owners refuse to respond.

Misrepresentation: Claims about international consulting, system implementations, and successful investments are exaggerated and misleading.

We have full documentation: payment records, correspondence, registration documents, and links between Cloud Course LLC and related companies. This reflects a pattern of fraud, deception, and deliberate non-response.

We urge Trustpilot to flag this company and warn potential clients. Victims seek justice and prevention of further harm.
