Ariane and I met virtually due to location for an hour a week on zoom and in between via email, she has been an amazing mentor in supporting me keep on track and using my time effectively to focus where I need to and pull it back in when I shouldn't be expanding my energy and focus.

Ariane shows excellence as she can see things outside the box to help me use ideas to move the business forward and when they are not working rethink things. As a mentor is excellent at finding tools to help expand energy only when needed rather than trying to keep going when you are burning out. Using online tools Ariane has helped me to reach a wider audience rather than just focusing on our immediate community and following.

Ariane has made a difference by showing me a different way of working, a way that I can use things multiple times to achieve different goals and not completed the same task in several different ways. I have grown in confidence since working with Ariane and feel like I am now more a Director managing the business rather than someone just working in it trying to get by. She has a positive energy that is infectious and when I am lost and feel that there may not be anything to talk about she gets me right back on track and helps me to plan and focus on what is important to make change both in looking after myself and my business in harmony.

Really good workshop on Business Brainstorming and how to structure and plan ideas to completion

I was expecting a more in depth session. This was a surface level and very basic introductory session of identifying challenges and structuring a prioritization list.
Good for absolute beginners in business.
