Damaged Fine Art Shipment – CrossCountry Freight Solutions

CrossCountry Freight Solutions delivered an internationally shipped original oil painting — professionally packed, clearly marked fragile — by parking 200 yards from the house, dragging the package through a pasture, and dropping it in the dirt in 100-degree heat where it sat in direct sun for hours. The porch was four steps away.

The frame was destroyed. We have Ring security footage of every bit of it.

Their response: they spoke to the driver. No follow-up, no assistance with the damage claim now in process.

Avoid for anything of value.
