Our team of certified counselors is dedicated to helping our clients understand their finances and develop a plan to get out of debt. We have been in business since 2002 and have proudly served thousands of clients throughout the United States. CCCF is a member of Financial Counseling Association of America. CCCF is also accredited by BSI as per ISO 9001:2025 standard. Our team of counselors is highly trained and certified as per industry standards. We understand the unique financial challenges faced by each of our clients and provide solutions tailored to their individual circumstances. Make your own judgment

I received a call from the staff today. I think they want to go to the right way. The consultant who assisted me pressured me to sign a contract without giving me proper time to read or review its contents. That alone raises serious concerns about the company’s professionalism and business practices.
In addition, a deposit taking 10 days to clear is simply unacceptable in today’s financial environment.
More concerning, I was asked to provide one of my credit cards to pay an additional $100 fee related to “services,” which was not clearly explained or properly documented. This raises further questions about transparency and ethical conduct.
These issues make it difficult to trust the legitimacy and efficiency of this company. I would strongly advise others to proceed with caution.
While I may currently be in a vulnerable position, my dignity is non-negotiable and cannot be threatened under any circumstances.

Very helpful and understanding

Very helpful and understanding, and never judgemental. I really appreciate the help I am getting to pay off my credit card debt, as the extremely high interest was eating me alive. Everyone I've talked to has been very kind and helpful and they were able to get my interest rate from over 26% to under 3%. I highly recommend this service

The representative was down to earth…

The representative was down to earth and explained my financial options in detail that was easy to understand. Extremely helpful and informative. I highly recommend the CCCF to anyone trying to resolve their high interest debt into a reasonable monthly payment that takes half the time to pay off avoiding interest.
