I booked on line 19th April ,which was fine stated £420 for 30th April 10.00am
We phoned the next day the 20th April to confirm all
Asked them to call me after 2.00pm as I was busy til then
10.00am they called me and said they have booked the surveyor, and incoming to my new property at 9.00am tomorrow morning, I was very stressed and angry, that they booked the appointment for the 21st, I said the 30th and said they called the person I am buying the property off ,
Then I got a email saying they have spoken to the seller and booked it for the 23rd April and put the price up to £502
I called the seller and he said they hadn't contacted him to arrange a time and date
This company is absolutely rubbish, they lie to you and try and rob you of money
They are very unprofessional, communication is rubbish and a rip off company

Mohammed attended my property to survey it. I asked if he could put shoe covers on (because of my new carpets) and he didn’t hesitate, pull a face or question me. Unlike some other companies that turn up. He was professional and polite and even made me laugh.

Crawford & co provided an excellent energy and retrofit assessment of my home. The assessor was professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything in detail. I highly recommend their services

Crawford and Co Surveyors had been employed as contractors. In order to survey the electrics in our property for Carmarthenshire County Council in keeping with recent legislation for tenant properties.
Several letters from this company were posted and received by us i booked in August and received confirmation and we had also phone calls and texts to communicate an appointment to book a survey. However ongoing refurbishment at the property we rent was already arranged and in place during the summer months of May and July so we conveyed a time would be arranged for a survey later in the year. I booked in August a date with Crawford and Co Surveyors.Confirmation was sent via text 7th August. This morning a further text confirmed with us the survey for today 13th September at 4p.m. i messaged yes to confirm today. We waited until 4.20p.m as nobody attended the address for the arranged survey. We telephoned the company and only then were they communicating a cancellation. This is so late to inform us. No prior warning. No text or communication was received until we telephoned them. Totally unprofessional. We had made arrangements and this was all for nothing to be let down. Again.
