I have used this company a few times now to order CBD for my dogs. Recently I wondered if a different CBD product would be more beneficial for my elderly dog, and my emails were answered quickly and efficiently. Didn't received CBD I paid for. Unhelpful customer service
I haven't received the CBD I bought from CBDsense (lost in shipment) and both the shipping company and CBD sense are playing ping-pong with whose responsibility it is. I am left in the middle, without the thing I paid for, wasting my time with both unhelpful customer services.
Really one of the poorest customer service and business sense I've had to deal with.
