My package has not arrived since November. This is extremely poor service. No one is responding to my emails, yet the payment has already been taken.
I demand that you either send my package immediately or issue a full refund without further delay. If this matter is not resolved promptly, I will be forced to take legal action.

An excellent supplier of CBD capsules
This company offered a very good service with the capsules arriving within a few days of order. They appear to be of a good quality.
My only disappointment was that the 15 mg was out of stock so I had to have the 10 mg size which probably isn’t quite sufficient for my headaches.

Ordered 1000mg CBD oil for vaping as usual at a great price. Received a phone call with an apology because the product will be late for dispatch due to unforeseen circumstances. Nice touch, thankyou.

Disposable vape arrived and does not work. Emailed and response slow and still unresolved. Expensive postage and took a good week to arrive. Still unable to use what I purchased.

Amazing company with brilliant customer service
I order all the time from this company for my mum,she uses the cbd oil for arthritis and general aches and pains. I have never had an issue, the customer service is amazing and if there is ever a slight delay I get a personal message from zofia. Always speedy delivery. I wouldn't go anywhere else

Strange, got a response from Zofia (via trust pilot) referring to extensive communication we had on Facebook, although I’ve never had any sort of conversation with Zofia🤔 or any response to my emails. Was accused of reporting my 3 faulty products 2 weeks after receiving, whereas I emailed my complaint the day after receiving. Was told a replacement had been posted on 14/6/23 but have still not received on 26/6/23. I’ll leave it to you to make your own conclusions as to whether you use these guys or not.
