I’m impressed
I’m impressed. I thought we’d try the products on a really good sale price. They arrived literally within hours - seriously, ordered one afternoon and they were with me the next morning! There was a slight error on the order - pippet instead of spray- but they kindly corrected this by sending out the spray attachment.

Rip off company. Do not buy from them.
I purchased a set of CBD gummies from them. When I consumed one, it left a nasty aftertaste in my mouth for several hours.
When I approached them to request a return and refund, they refused.
I am now over £20 out of pocket, thanks to this and am not impressed at all.
Surely as a gesture of goodwill, they could have offred me a one-off refund and then I could have disposed of the product, if they did not want it returned, but I was met with a flat refusal.
CBD Oils, is this how you treat your customers?. Great way to do business.

We're sorry to read your feedback, unfortunately we can only confirm that we cannot offer a refund for any products that have been opened and used, the only exception for this is if a product is faulty, which in this case it is not.
We do have a number of other CBD products for your consideration including chocolate balls, body salve and regular oils, which may offer different options regarding the taste.

Bought 5000mg after using a different…
Bought 5000mg after using a different brand at 1200mg, got to say the 1200mg was stronger and a lot more effective so not sure what is going on at all.
In addition to the companies response below, no my enquiry wasn't dealt with satisfactorily, received excuses not reasons or a solution.
