Bad processing

Successfully cancelled order immediately after purchase but order still went through and could not get in contact after to rectify

Hi Ricky,

I am not sure how or why you are saying you successfully cancelled your order. The ONLY way to cancel your order after payment has gone through is to get in touch with us. There is no capability to cancel the order yourself.

Secondly there has been no contact from yourself to us. I have checked our phone logs, email logs and our contact form logs on our site. There is nothing from yourself to us.

Maybe you had us confused with a purchase with another company?

If not, and you wanted to cancel your order you are more than welcome to return the products back to us for a full refund, provided they have not been opened and are in its original packaging. Please reach out to us using the contact form on our website or email hello@cbdoilking.co.uk if you cannot locate the returns address.

Disposable Vape

I ordered a disposable Vape the skittles flavour... I followed the instructions and charged the vape before use..... As soon it was charged i took about 5 puffs of vape and tasted a BURNING PLASTIC taste, it got worse an worse everytime i took a drag... Then i noticed the oil in the vape turning black....Its obviously the coil inside the vape is burning the plastic instead of the oil.. Il not be ordering from this site again.....

Great service.

It didn't arrive on time, no big deal. The blame for that solely lies with The Royal Mail, not the worst thing they've been guilty of recently.
They really are having a terrible new year and it's only January.
I am really happy with the product and will definitely be using it again.
Special mention must go to Claudia, not just for the hand written message, a nice human touch, something lacking in most online transactions these days, but for her after sale care and attention, making a four star review a five.

Please check your junk/spam folders as you should have received shipment emails with tracking information.

You may also log into your account and you should be able to see tracking numbers there as well.

Your orders are due to be delivered tomorrow before 1pm.

100% recommend!

My first time ordering very quick delivery I was very pleasantly surprised! Instructions come with for assistance and a hand written notice on delivery which was a nice little touch! Love the flavour and i will definitely be repurchasing!

We can only apologise on Royal Mail's behalf here. Your order was dispatched on the 2nd of Jan but it still seems to be stuck with RM. All orders that were dispatched via tracked 48 on the 2nd are stuck.

As such we are re-dispatching affected orders including yours today (10th of Jan) via Tracked 24 so it should be with you tomorrow (Thursday 11th).

It would have been courteous to reach out to us first before leaving a review.

Excellent service

I don’t like the taste but that’s a personal opinion, however the service was excellent along with the wee letter which was lovely. I shall persevere with my vapes .

Ordered over the new year period and…

Ordered over the new year period and had the vape delivered as soon as the guys got back into the office! Already thinking about another purchase! I emailed and had a lovely reply back! And the handwritten note in with the vape was a lovely little touch!!

Hi Bryan,

EDIT 2: [Understood. Just to re-iterate, we will be re-dispatching affected orders this coming Weds if tracking doesn't update and there is no movement. This will include your order as well.]

EDIT: [The only contact we have had from you is this review. Please check where you have sent your message last week as we haven't received it and nor is it in any of our spam/junk folders.

Further to our message below, we spoke with RM today again and the response was not a great one. The only added information they could give was that they treated Tracked 48 as 2nd class over the busy period.

The estimated delivery date was originally Thursday last week, which as of today makes it a delay of 2 working days.

As such our directors are discussing re-dispatching all affected orders this coming Weds via Tracked 24 if tracking has not updated or shows movement. If things move smoothly this would amount to a total delay of 5 working days.

We do apologise for this delay, but I hope you can appreciate the position RM has put us in by delaying a whole bag of parcels.]

Firstly let us apologise on Royal Mail's behalf for the delay.

We got off the phone with Royal Mail earlier today as we have seen this problem with all Tracked 48 orders that were dispatched on the 2nd of January.

They said the delay is due to the backlog from the Christmas and New Years parcels. They do have your package, however it is waiting at a local mailing centre to be scanned by RM staff.

What you are seeing in tracking currently is what happens when RM driver collects packages from our warehouse. They collect in bags and do not scan individual parcels so the tracking updates to say they are expecting it and sender has dispatched the item. The bags of parcels are then dropped off at an RM mailing centre where RM staff open the bags and then scan the individual parcels.

RM have advised us that they expect to do this today with so hopefully tracking will update soon.

We are monitoring this and will re-chase RM on Monday if there has been no movement or update by then.

Hopefully your order will arrive sooner rather than later.

It is unfortunate that you decided not to reach out to us, but leave a review instead.
