She was so knowledgeable about all of the products, and if she didn't know something (which happens to us all), she said something like: "You know, I don't know the answer to that. I am going to look it up for research and ask around and get that answer for you." That is five stars on its own for me, at least. The people were genuine and kind (customers and the staff members). I have very specific problems that are hard to communicate, but the women helping me understood and knew what direction to point me in.
