Disgusting service Purchased Paid and Monies taken for an order over £100. I placed on 25th November 2022 28th email to say has been dispatched No tracking number and email states not shipped. I have emailed their contact @ cbdelelement and team@cbdelement and no response DO NOT BUY FEOM THIS COMPANY
I will Have to go Through my bank and raise a payment dispute to get monies back
I will never buy from them again

I placed order end of August
I placed order end of August. Parcel didn’t arrive. I received email from cbd element asking me to send my bank details over the email, because they can’t process refund for some reason.
I refused to send details over an email, got reply back and they are “ fixing” the issue- and no reply since.
Won’t buy again from them.

Money paid no parcel awful!!
Terrible, do not buy anything from them. They take you're money in my case 40 pounds and I never received my parcel. Tried to contact them several times and not one reply no one gives a damn. STEAR CLEAR WASTE OF MONEY!!

Excellent products
I have a skin condition which is exacerbated by stress and since Ive started using Dr Ed Calm CBD oil, it has reduced massively. The CBD oil was delivered very quickly from when I ordered it from the website.

Not received and no response!
I was very much looking forward to trying your CBS oil however after ordering over a month ago and should of received it 48hrs later.....but I’m still waiting. I wouldn't mind if I was informed that it would take awhile but i’ve had to keep chasing and nothing. Really disappointed with the service 👎🏻

Unfortunately due to the bank holiday weekend, any orders made last Thursday evening wouldn't have been dispatched until the next working business day. I can see your order was dispatched first thing Tuesday morning, so would have expected it to arrive with you today. Most likely the Royal Mail are behind in their deliveries, but would expect it to arrive tomorrow.
