Received a book which was not in as good a condition as I expected. It was a simple process to contact customer services and I quickly received a reply.
The company offered me a replacement book at the expected quality without any quibble and this was received a few days later.

Unable to track packages until after they arrive.
Which is wierd to say the least.?

Fast response from CBD world, perhaps, or coincidence? Can now track package, it appears you need to get your invoice for tracking info, which I got after product was sent.
So Mr.Impatient is happy now.

I recieved no order confirmation that the order had been placed or dispatched so I went ahead and ordered it direct from Feel supreme who delivered to my house. Then the order from CBD world arrived sane day without any order details in the package. Now I have 2

Absolutely fantastic service and product. The cream I ordered arrived at my father's house 2 days after I submitted the order and he has since contacted me to let me know that the pain in his knee (which he's had for years) has almost completely gone. He's not felt as free and able to move around in years and is completely satisfied (understatement) with the product. I cannot recommend this website enough.
