Cazues.com is nothing but a fraudulent, deceitful platform that is scamming innocent people out of their hard-earned money.
I won a substantial amount while playing, but when it came time to withdraw my winnings, they outright refused to credit my balance. Despite providing clear evidence with a screenshot, they completely ignored my request and never processed my payment.
Their so-called bonuses are a blatant lie to lure people into depositing more money. You will never see a single bonus credited to your account.
The card merchant they use, Zinzipay, is equally shady. When you make a deposit, you receive receipts from various unrelated companies, making it impossible to track your transactions. This is a clear tactic to avoid accountability and deceive users.
On top of that, Cazues.com hides the identity of the company owners and deliberately ignores emails from gambling addicts who are desperate to close their accounts. The live chat is a complete joke – the same repetitive script of "please give me a few minutes" followed by endless delays and empty promises of an email from the so-called relevant department, which never arrives.
This website is preying on vulnerable people and must be shut down immediately. Do not fall for their scam! Spread the word and report them to prevent others from becoming victims of this con operation.

Waiting for the first withdrawal. Still in verification after 5 days. Be sure if the money doesn’t landed by tuesday, i’ll make sure to destroy your reputation!!!!

Nightmare! Every time you make a deposit you have to speak to customer services to get your free spins! They won’t give you them automatically and if you have another bonus in play you lose them. The amount of emails is just crazy and you can’t seem to unsubscribe. I’m done with them. Stay away unless you never use the bonuses!

They tell you not to worry and that your money is safe but it’s impossible not to worry I’m still waiting for my first withdrawal. First they told me it was a delay on my payment providers side so I asked them and this was absolutely not true, then they said it’s a delay with their finance department, so, I have been lied to on a few occasions now! I am still 9 days in waiting and it’s a lot of money I have 10.5k on their site. It feels like they just leave it because they want you to lose it!! Live chat say they can’t help when you finally get on there and end the chat and emails you can wait days for a reply or not even get one. When you do they just say the same thing daily. Always seems to be that it’s the finance team yet you literally can not speak to them anywhere. This isn’t off bonuses either this is all my money from what I have put on there and I am getting sick of waiting now, can only withdraw £500 a day and max 3 x £500 withdrawals at a time so I can’t even withdraw anymore it’s just stuck there on my balance because they haven’t released the first three withdrawals. I will update when I get my money, if I get my money but up to now I seem to be getting nowhere with Cazeus. It’s sickening how much I’m waiting for to be honest! I’ve noticed on here as well their replies are all the same and say to email them! There’s no point I’ve sent about 100 emails and also been on live chat just as much

Earned 10k on the cazeus casino…1 week trying to withdraw, nothing happens. Wrote to the support team nobody seems to care and no answers. I bet this is a scam or fake casino.
I will do anything to recover my money

Sends unsolicited text messages. Never been near their website.
UPDATE - Received an email 09.03.25 asking for more details, email address, phone number etc "If we don’t hear from you, the company may not be able to recognize your review as genuine."
The review is genuine. They're obviously paying somebody to send unsolicited text msg's out. They've also been reported to the ICO (Information Commissioner's Office) for sending nuisance text messages..

After a frustrating start, withdrawals are sometimes dealt with the same day.
I’ve lost a lot on the whole, we know we’re going to don’t we🤷♂️ but I now get cash back on those that only needs to be wagered once.
On the downside, my bonuses never work when clicking deposit on them but I prefer not to use them.
Shakey start but not bad from me

With 250€ spent, the maximum reward was 24€.
Very low reward percentage.
Moreover, many error on the games.
Please, stay away from this Casino...which is the same as Kingmaker.
The withdrawals take 3 days, but they didnt confirm if the player is under age.

Cazus Casino is not to be trusted! To be fair, I took £781 off them on my first day with 50p spins, but now I've been waiting just under 4 weeks for a withdrawal of £83. One excuse after another with them continually cancelling the withdrawal and blaming my bank. I feel sorry for the people on here who've never had a payment at all yet!

Terrible site cannot close my account. Keep sending emails but no reply. Live chat can't or won't close the account.

This company is a scam. Each deposit I made, my bank statement showed transactions more than what I deposited. For example I deposited £105. The transaction for this on my statement was £111.47 even though ok the website it only says £105 on ny payment history. Days after making deposits I am charged non uk transaction fees from my bank. My bank statement also shows payments to Madrid!. Absolute scam. They do not have the option to set deposit limits or close account and when I asked to close account they tried to offer me a £40 bonus they do not following gambling regulations and I will be reporting them for fruad

Until a couple of weeks ago I had no problems with withdrawals from this site, yes it took a while but I received it. A couple of weeks ago barclays bank went down so the money I withdrew went back into my cazeus account and now won't let me withdraw it again. It is saying I have to wager my deposit. I did not deposit that amount at all. I have spoke to numerous people on the live chat and get the same answer all the time. That they have forwarded it to the relevant department and will hear back by email. I have also emailed quite a few times and have had no response at all.

Lost my v£500 somehow due to a technical issue now won't refund it .
Rude customer service

If i could rate this casino 0 stars i would, do NOT invest your funds, if you win they will take a number of days to give it to you, i have also won a bonus that didnt load (the same scenarios as another review further down) it will not work and despite numerous chats with the live customer service team they will deflect any questions or statements with a pre typed message, additionally they will just end the chat, be sure to screenshot everything as there is not option to export any conversations. i think the best bet is to report this website to every fraudulent site we can to close it down. i have spoken with 3 different customer service agents who have all said they have forwarded to the relevant department only to discover by one of them nothing has been raised, i have attached a copy of the screen shot i have taken
