Beyond Frustration
I had a very disappointing experience with Caviani-Furniture.
I placed an order for a Sleeper Sofa Bed on 12/14/2025 and two months later, I still have not received it. Throughout this process, I made numerous calls to request updates on my order status. Many times no one answered the phone, and messages I left were not returned. It has taken a significant amount of my time and effort just trying to get order status information.
At one point, I was told the delay was caused by the shipping company. However, I paid the shipping cost in full and expected the furniture to be delivered within a reasonable timeframe. Later, I was informed that the furniture had been damaged. I spoke with the store manager, Ryan, on 1/27/2026, and he promised a replacement would be sent within 5–7 business days, even mentioning an additional cost for a tracking number. Unfortunately, more than three weeks have passed since that conversation, and I have not received the replacement or any follow-up communication.
I have called several times requesting updates or a callback from the manager, but I have not received any response.
As a customer, I have been patient and respectful, but the lack of communication, delays, and unfulfilled promises have been extremely frustrating. At this point, I have requested a full refund and cancellation of my order. However, I am still waiting to see how the company will respond.
