Love these bracelets, so delicate and subtle but look classy and already had lots of compliments after only wearing them for a couple of days.

Had to request a replacement on one piece, and the customer service was amazing sending a replacement out that day. Many thanks look forward ro wearing the items and ordering more.

So disappointed!
Waited over a month, tried to make contact with the company which isn’t easy at all! Was promised my items were on he way the parcel arrived and only one of the items is inside even though the dispatch tracking says all in parcel. Now the nightmare of trying to make contact with them behind again! Would never order again and wouldn’t recommend to anyone!

Do not purchase anything from this Company, my Order did not arrive and they are ignoring my emails requesting a refund.

Very nice product and amazing quality

I ordered two bracelets from Cavaier in mid-December 2025 after seeing an Instagram ad but they didn't live up to expectations.

While they look nice, both pieces felt quite small for the price and the overall quality was underwhelming.

After doing a bit more research, it appears the company (apparently also Vacier) operates on a "semi-dropshipping" or "rapid-fulfilment model" (according to Google), which seems reflected in the products. For the same price, you can definitely find better elsewhere.

I returned the items in early January 2026 for a refund, and that's when the experience really went downhill.

Although the return reached Cavaier in Sweden on January 21st, it took a full two months for the refund to be processed only happening on March 25th and only after I raised a dispute with my bank.

Overall, I won't be purchasing from Cavaier again. The process involved weeks of back and forth emails, during which they questioned whether I had even returned the items, then claimed only one had been received, and eventually stopped responding altogether.

I ultimately had no choice but to escalate the issue through my bank.

Unsurprisingly, things moved much faster once I did.

Great detail and sizing options for bracelets, easy to shop and use a trusted payment method. I've had bracelets from this company before and have worn them for about 6 months non-stop and now I'm getting a couple more! Absolutely recommend this company & their jewelry! I get a lot of compliments!
