Avoid at all costs. They have had nearly £250 from me and I haven't had a single thing delivered. They don't answer emails or fb messages. Scam artists. I'm currently seeking legal advice.

Ordered bath bombs at the begging of November that never arrived. After sending multiple emails asking for a refund I received a reply saying it would be looked into but never heard anything back again. I’ve emailed multiple times since and my emails are being ignored. Never received my items or a refund. Avoid at all costs, this company is definitely a scam to get money.
Update: the company has since deleted their customer services email address so there is no way to contact the company. I’m certain I will not be receiving my package or refund and advise you to not use this company.

Very bad management. A lot of people waiting for refunds as they haven't recieved their products. Avoid Avoid Avoid!

Honestly, this company are a complete scam. I ordered £88.94 worth of goods in good faith and never received it. I emailed, emailed and emailed to find out where it was with no reply. Then out of the blue "Hayley" emailed saying they would happily refund me. I never received it. I continued to email to find out where the refund was and had no reply.
It's a scam, avoid this company at all cost unless you want your money stole. Not a real company, they are theives

Ordered on the 26th Sept arrived on 25th Oct items arrived in good condition but wouldn't use site again due to lengthy wait

I have been ordering from cauldron Corner for a long long time and I love all of there products. My house is full of items from them. The reps are all lovely, the owner is lovely highly recommended company for all things spooky

Took a long time to process and deliver and customer service is very slow

AVOID AT ALL COSTS. I'D GIVE 0 STARS IF I COULD. I've been waiting for 2 orders for nearly a month. Im sad to say I was an affiliate for them, and out of my 2 orders I recieved 1 item from 1 of them.
They finally refunded one of my orders . I wouldn't be surprised if they blocked me on Facebook.
I'm not the only one who's having issues...

Only giving 3 stars because of me waiting from the 31st July and only received my mug on 10th September after lots of emails to them

The products I have received have been in quality condition and delivered safely, even though delivery is a long time to wait however it is so worth the wait!! Amazing items !!

I have been a customer of couldron corner for 4 months now, its a recently new business and I absolutely love their items & their prices. The fact that clearpay is also another payment option means I get to purchase items with a great payment plan and I don't have to miss out! I'm slowly and steadily building on my awesome gothic alternatives decor, definitely buying more! Their delivery is spot on too.

I love it store! The products are amazing and very reasonably priced. The delivery was quick and very well packaged. Will definitely be ordering more.
