Very good products and amazing customer support

Very good products, I’ve tried some phone cases from them and they’re really nice and even better customer support! I’ve had a problem with one of my cases and they gave me a full refund via gift card without asking me to send back the item (it would’ve been very expensive, as I live in Europe). Can’t recommend them enough!

Positive Communication

I know they have had some challenges with shipping in recent months, but interacting with the support team has been such a joy. They are so friendly and kind in their answers.

Volume is always a challenge, but rather than being short and frustrated with me, they were kind and thoughtful about a solution.

So glad I finally found Caudabe!

I have been on the hunt for the perfect case for the iPhone Air--a good mix of lightweight, but strong coverage, good grip, doesn't attract fingerprints. I tried at least 8 different cases and returned them all. The Caudabe case is just PERFECT. I love how it covers everything, but doesn't add too much heft. The texture is amazing. Also the Eucalyptus color is gorgeous. I usually am a black case person, but in this case the green is just the perfect shade. Caudabe, you are now my go-to for all case needs in the future!

This is probably the best case I've ever own for a phone. yes it is on the slightly higher price point than most avaulable on amazon and sites like that. But it feels solid and I imagine it will last long! Lets see, but for now very happy.

Used to be a massive fan

Used to be a massive fan, then the 17 Pro Max case insanity happened. I understand the issue with production chains etc, but you then ship the case with Chinese snail mail, waiting more than 1.5 months for a case is ridiculous.

Hi Simon, we deeply apologize for the inconvenience we've caused. As you noted, we faced the most demand we've ever experienced with the launch of our iPhone 17 lineup. That combined with manufacturing delays and an overwhelmed support team led to a situation that was less than ideal. That said, manufacturing stabilized in late October. And, our customer support team has been bolstered tremendously and is back to being super awesome.

As for our logistics, it looks like you're in Europe. Do note that we previously shipped all non-US orders from our US warehouse in Cincinnati. In the past year, however, in an effort to reduce shipping times for our non-US customers, we've opened warehouses in the UK, Canada, and Asia. These new distribution nodes have significantly shortened the time it takes to reach all of our customers. In particular, customers in Europe are indeed being serviced by our Asia warehouse through a service that's significantly faster and cheaper than when we previously shipped to Europe from our warehouse in Cincinnati.

In any event, we do deeply apologize for the inconvenience caused this year. It was the perfect storm of factors, but we learned quite a bit and our operations have emerged even stronger and more efficient than before. We hope you give us another shot in the future!

I've use a lot of different phone cases over the years from all the major brands. The Paragon was my first experience with Caudabe and I've been extremely pleased. It's the first phone case I haven't been tempted to switch for something else. I developed a minor issue with the sleep button, and Caudabe quickly sent me out a replacement. I highly recommend.

After sales suppport

I have purchased a caudabe sheath for my IPhone 15 pro max, unfortunately after like 3 month it started warping and asked for warranty claim, everything was smooth. Theyre fast. Apparently the replacement sheath warped again in around 3 months of usage and i was fed up. Ask for an upgrade to synthesis and what do you know. Instantly, send a replacement with few bucks added. Best after sales experience ever from a phone case

They are top notch

I had a mix-up with my recent order, and Caudabe’s customer service was absolutely outstanding. They were patient, quick to respond, and went above and beyond to make everything right. It’s rare these days to find a company that treats customers with this level of care and professionalism.

The product is excellent, and the support behind it is even better. I won’t hesitate to buy from them again.

Highly recommend!

Shipping took a few days longer than expected (iPhone 16 Pro Max) but I was VERY happy when it arrived. Tight, clean fit. I love the textured feel. Very light but solid. Would highly recommend!

I would have given them a five, but I received the wrong part at first.However, once they responded, they were quick to fix the matter.And were very respectful and efficient. The case itself, I really like and the fact that you can alter the color of buttons is such a cool feature.

Another great customer service experience!!

Yesterday, I placed an order on the website for my 17 Pro Max. However, I later decided to return it and keep my 16 Pro Max for now. I reached out to their support team to cancel my order. Surprisingly, they responded within 24 hours and canceled it. I also asked if there was a way to reissue the coupon I had used on the order after it was canceled. To my delight, they did reissue the coupon, allowing me to use it on my next order. This exceptional customer service is the main reason I continue doing business with Caudabe.

FYI for anyone considering getting…

FYI for anyone considering getting their clear case and wondering how this company’s business practices. I saw someone who really liked Caudable on Reddit and bought a case. But this thing broke on the first slip out of my pocket when I squatted down outdoors. Never ever had a case like this and I realized it’s not designed with any absorption. There is also not enough of a raised lip protecting the front screen, so the screen protector on two corners of my phone also cracked. But what’s even more interesting is that when I went on their Reddit to see if any other users had this issue and any planned design improvements I found 0 original posts on that and multiple comments from other users saying their feedback post got deleted. I tried making my own post and guess what, deleted as well. Well Caudable, let’s see how far your censorship powers reach.

As with all of our products, it’s covered by a two-year warranty. If your case was damaged or didn’t meet expectations, we’ll gladly replace it or exchange it for another model.

There reason there isn't much discussion online about Lucid Clear is simply because it was discontinued about two years ago and wasn’t among our higher-volume products. That’s why there are fewer owners and, naturally, way fewer posts about it.

As for Reddit, we want to address that directly. We do not remove posts or comments simply because they’re negative. You’ll see plenty of critical and constructive posts and comments on our subreddit. Trying to suppress negative comments in 2025 would be pointless. The internet’s far too big for that. Our subreddit is a place for open discussion about our products, good AND bad. What we do moderate are posts that violate basic community guidelines: for example, those containing personal order details, duplicate posts flooding the feed, or comments that are disrespectful or harassing toward others. These rules aren’t unique to us. They’re standard across Reddit communities.

The situation you’re referencing likely relates to our iPhone 17 launch earlier this year, which saw the largest spike in demand in our company’s 13-year history. That surge temporarily stretched our operations and understandably led to frustration from customers waiting on preorders. During that time, some subreddit posts broke our posting rules, and those were the ones moderated or removed. But open, honest feedback, even when negative, has always been welcome and remains visible on our subreddit.

We’ve spent over a decade building Caudabe by focusing on craftsmanship and exceptional customer care. The past few months have been challenging, but our team has made enormous strides in improving both fulfillment and support, and we’re proud to see how much positive feedback has followed as customers have been receiving their orders.

Long-Time Customer — Completely Let Down by Caudabe

I’ve been a loyal Caudabe customer since the iPhone 13 and have purchased over twenty cases over the years. Unfortunately, this latest experience has been beyond disappointing and has completely shattered my trust in the brand.

If you search for Caudabe right now, you’ll see the growing number of unhappy customers — and for good reason. This launch has been an absolute disaster. It took persistent pressure from myself and others on a forum just to get the company to send a simple update to those of us still waiting for our orders. That kind of basic communication should never require customers to demand it.

Caudabe has blamed the months-long delays on storms and holidays, but after nearly two months with no real information, it’s clear that customer care is not a priority. I placed my order on September 12th, and if it weren’t for online discussions, I would still have no idea what was going on. Shipping dates have been pushed back eight or nine times, yet the only official message we’ve received was a single vague email.

What makes this situation even more frustrating is seeing a positive review from someone who couldn’t cancel their order because it shipped within minutes — while so many of us have been waiting for months without any shipment at all. The inconsistency is unacceptable and deeply unprofessional.

After years of loyalty, this experience has been the final straw. I will not be purchasing from Caudabe again. No customer deserves to be treated with such disregard.

Update — November 20, 2025

Caudabe refunded fifty percent of my purchase and offered a discount code for fifty percent off my next case. That would be fine—if I had actually received the cases I originally paid for. Until that happens, the idea that I should place yet another order with them is absurd.

Before this review, a Caudabe representative emailed me with a confident assurance that my cases were on the way. Here’s the exact quote:

“I can see that your specific order is set to ship out within the next 2 weeks, if not sooner!”

That was sent on October 31st. It’s now November 20th. Still nothing.

Their responses—on YouTube, Reddit, email, everywhere—are carbon copies of the same canned script. At this point, it doesn’t just feel disingenuous; it feels deliberately misleading.

The iPhone 17 launch brought the highest demand we’ve ever seen, by a wide margin. That surge, combined with manufacturing and logistics delays as well as a few unforeseen factors, created a perfect storm for our small team. Customers were understandably frustrated, and their feedback was entirely justified.

We took that criticism to heart. Over the past month and a half, our team has been working tirelessly to fix what needed fixing and to strengthen our internal processes. The good news is that production has now stabilized, and the vast majority of preorder customers have already received their products.

We also focused heavily on improving our customer support operations. At one point, response times were far too slow, which only compounded the issue. In the last several weeks, we’ve expanded the team and cut our email backlog from over 2,000 messages a day to around 200, allowing us to respond faster and resolve issues with much less frustration.

This year has been an anomaly, but also an invaluable learning experience. Now that most customers have received their orders, the amount of positive feedback we’ve been getting has been incredibly encouraging for the team. While there’s still work to do, we’ve made huge strides and remain committed to ensuring every customer is happy.

Caudabe started over 13 years ago with a simple mission: to build the best products possible and treat customers right. While this year’s iPhone 17 launch tested us in unexpected ways, our priorities haven’t changed. We’re grateful for your patience and understanding as we continue to improve every day.

Great case, Great company

I accidentally ordered the wrong case for my phone and requested to cancel the order just three minutes later, but the shipment had already been processed. Caudabe’s customer service reached out to me and handled everything in an exceptionally satisfactory way. In the meantime, I ordered another case (the Sheath), and it’s fantastic. I can’t recommend both the cases and Caudabe as a company highly enough.

high quality products & people

you can feel that the sheath is a superior phone case the moment it touches your hand. It was absolutely worth the wait while on back order. Additionally the customer support team is amazing! I accidentally bought the wrong size screen protector and they were kind enough to send me a new one with no hassle. It’s a very expensive brand but I’m very happy with my decision.

Caudabe exceeded my expectations!

Caudabe Synthesis and Sheath have become my favorite and best rated cases for my S24 Ultra. Caudabe sells top notch products, hands down. The quality you get is excellent and I also want to highlight the great customer service, Elizabeth does a fantastic job of keeping the customer satisfied and, important, building loyalty.
