Upsetting and unprofessional

I used to love this brand but today, I was hugely disappointed by their lack of customer service. I had ordered an expensive pair of earrings only to receive an empty box. When I emailed them to complain about them not delivering my order, they blamed me for not opening the box in the right way, called me by the wrong name and made me feel bad for expressing my upset for not receiving what I paid for. This is actual my worst ever customer service interaction.

Best

This company are outstanding and respond to my personal and individual needs as if it’s no trouble for Double Trouble at all . They have even promised to support a charity fund raising event I’m organising in a few days time . Wow . Can see why HRH Kate wears their jewellery

Hassle

My husband bought me a beautiful necklace for my birthday. Gorgeous piece of jewellery, worn a handful of times and then the clasp broke. Customer service was great on this occasion, organised a return and sent a replacement. The replacement arrived completely tangled and after 20 minutes of trying, we were unable to untangle it. Customer service poor this time around. Has taken weeks for them to organise a replacement which I still haven’t received; and a postage refund was promised though has not been issued despite a receipt being sent. Far too much hassle - would find somewhere else to order from in future

Unique and stunning

I adore my Catherine Zoraida necklace - it’s an absolute one of a kind piece and I get so many comments on it. I’ve owned it for a while now and it looks as good as it ever did. The website is easy to use, customer service was excellent and it arrived beautifully boxed.

Jewellery I can’t get enough of

There is nowhere else I get jewellery from, Catherine’s jewellery is simply best from design to quality - they are iconic. It’s my true pleasure adding to my collection whenever I can and feels so special to be part of such a beautiful brand.

Useless.

Took ages to come and they have posted me the wrong thing so now I will have to organise sending that back and its going to be too late for the birthday I ordered it for so altogether a total waste of my time and money.

Nice jewellery but not good quality

Nice jewellery but not good quality. I recommend not to buy 18ct gold plated silver jewellery from this shop. It changes colour quickly and looks awful afterwards. It is also difficult to clean it. I regret the purchase.

Tarnishing of sterling silver is a very natural process caused by oxidisation. It is easily rectified and we are always very happy to advise our customers in this regard and, if a process which can be followed at home is not satisfactory we are always happy to clean/polish/re-plate or replace any jewellery. Pretty jewellery, awful quality and zero customer service

I purchased some earrings from
Catherine Zoraida last year and after just 2 - 3 wears, the earrings have oxidised and turned orange. I haven’t exposed them to water and kept them in a closed jewellery box. I contacted the retailer to complain about the quality, and followed up by email twice - no response. I won’t be purchasing products from this brand again - seriously overpriced for substandard quality.
