Shaleen made the whole experience stress free and positive from the onset. She had patience and offered a wide variety of styles/choices and Advised on best styles for body shape. She was full of positivity after I had lost hope of finding the perfect dress. However I now have the most beautiful dress and can’t wait to feel confident at my sons wedding.

I had a lovely experience recently when shopping for my MOB outfit. I was helped by Shaleen to pick my perfect outfit. She was lovely and I felt she was honest in her opinion and really made me feel like I had picked the right one. I was really happy with the service overall from Shaleen. Just a small point but I do feel it would be good for customers to have somewhere to sit whilst waiting to be served. We were standing at the front of the shop but there wasn’t anywhere we could sit . I also do think it would be good if there were seats available for anyone who has come with you. My daughters were just standing outside the dressing room waiting for me to show them my outfits.

I had a fabulous experience on Saturday looking to find out what suited me for MOG outfit. I was accompanied by my 2 daughters, and we were all made very welcome. I was served by Shaleen who was amazing. She listened to what I was looking for and consulted with my daughters too.
Such an enjoyable experience. I was made to feel so special and Shaleen was happy to bring lots of styles and colours for me to decide what exactly I was looking for.
I made a purchase and I am absolutely delighted with it..

I arrived a little early for my appointment and was met by Lisa who assisted me in choosing my outfit. I am MOG and was looking for something wow but was totally unsure of style or colour. We picked out a few dresses and after trying the first one where I liked the style but not the dress Lisa went and got me another one to try on. It was perfect 👌 She went and got a hat, it was certainly wow and made the dress more special. Shoes bag and jewellery followed and they were all excellent choices by Lisa and completely complimented my gorgeous dress. I did wonder if I should try a few more just to make sure this was the one but to be honest she nailed it. Left 45 mins after arriving with the full outfit a very happy and excited MOG. Totally recommend if your are looking for something special and unsure where to start. Lovely experience 🥰

Visited yesterday, Easy booking, friendly welcome, bright airy interior. Absolutely no pressure, felt had Roma’s full attention and care and that she understood what I looking for almost more than I knew myself! Her friendly manner made the whole experience of purchasing my Mother of Bride outfit into an enjoyable experience.

Ailsa was extremely patient and really listened to what my daughter wanted for her prom dress. It was a really positive shopping experience and resulted in a very happy girl! There was a lot of choice in both style and budget. A lovely atmosphere to the shop. Highly recommend.

I wasn't sure how shopping would go as mother of the bride to-be. Then I met Roma at Catherines of Partick!!! Roma was absolutely fantastic, listened to what I wanted and took this on board whilst also making suggestions along the way which really helped me find my perfect outfit. I have never looked so good and Roma made the whole experience so much fun. I wouldn't go anywhere else now when purchasing outfits for special occasions - thank you so much Roma for the transformation and great styling tips.

Aw what can I say… Roma what a women, she was highly recommended to us and she did NOT disappoint! From start to finish she excelled at making me feel at ease when finding MOB outfit! Roma’s attention to detail and interpersonal skills were unbelievable. Cannot thank her enough!!! xoxoxox

Shaleen welcomed us when we walked into the shop. She was friendly and very pleasant. She was so helpful. Nothing was too much bother and at no time did I feel rushed to make a decision. Amazing experience shopping for my MOB dress in Catherine’s of Partick. Roma looked after us and was so friendly and helpful. She seemed to know which dresses I suited before me, and ultimately suggested I try on the dress I left the shop with. Completely different colour and style to what I intended to wear, but just perfect. She had a great eye for detail suggesting accessories with no obligation or pushy sales chat.
Nadia looked after me for my alterations and was also very friendly and chatty, giving a professional and personal service.
Anyone worried about choosing their outfit, please don’t, staff are so helpful and knowledge. They are happy to give advice if needed but ultimately just want you to have a great shopping experience for your special day.
