5 Star Service
Cathedral hygiene have been supplying our bakery facility, with their services, for around 15 years. I have been directly involved with them for 3 years.
The staff that work on our site are always friendly and polite. All requests are fulfilled in full and in a timely manner.
Our account manager Ash Belsten is always available when required and communicates efficiently and professionally.
This is a company which requires minimal management as they take it upon themselves to provide a top service. Always a pleasure to work with.

From the start when Georgina came in to offer us the product to the weekly maintenance it is one of the most seamless processes . For us being such a busy company, this was perfect. Cathedral Hygiene supply a number of our offices now and I can honestly say that the service is great.Our main service provider for our Northampton premises is Kristine who is always friendly, efficient and respectful of our premises.

please do yourself a favour and avoid this company at all costs. The staff are rude, the customer service team pay no attention to complaints. I was quoted almost £1000 to be able to cancel my contract. Honestly makes no sense. Horrible company, awful service, rude staff. Biggest mistake I made was signing that contract. DO NOT SIGN! The service provided by this company is a world away from the terrible experience that I had with PHS. They are all amazing and provide exceptional customer service and I cannot thank them enough.
