I ordered an Unger Angle Adapter from this company. They sent me a used item not in any packaging, which it should have come in. It was dirty and discoloured and also had a sticky residue on the neck of the product.

I emailed the company to say I wasn't happy to pay full price for a used product and they emailed me back claiming that the item was ordered directly from the supplier (who have a minimum order value of £350, but they obviously didn't know that I know that). I went back to them and told them it was used and not in the correct packaging so couldn't have come from the supplier. They emailed me to say I can return it for a refund , which will be applied when they receive the item back. I don't even trust that they will send me my money back to be honest. The item is useable and I need it so it is better for me to keep it, but I would never use them again.

We placed the order on 15/01/24 my order number is 950230836 and today is 25/01/24 still we are waiting for the delivery, i have sent email on customer care on 18/01/24 but still there is no reply from them. Today when i call them they said they despatched yesterday so after 10 days they despatched my order and there is no communication from their side. This is not good atleast inform your customer what's going on.
