Sue was fantastic, within 2 hours of my enquiry she had found the perfect chalet for me and my wife in Val Thoren catered including lift pass and ski hire for an incredibly low price. Needed accommodation in St Anton and Innsbruck for a short ski break. Peter was very helpful in dealing with my shifting requirements and finding me some good options.

I gave Catered Ski Chalets a pretty impossible task, to find a ski holiday for our group at very short notice and my operative (Kirstie) responded brilliantly. Within 48 hours we were booked and ready to go!
I felt like she was giving us excellent advice, and trusted her judgement.
There was a problem with the price from the hotel and she sorted that out too, making sure we paid the price that was originally quoted.
I can definitely recommend this company and will use them again.

After numerous hours of internet searches, often directionless I contacted Catered Ski Chalets. I received a prompt response from Su with shortlisted chalets to consider. I am pleased to say that we are now scheduled to go on our first family ski holiday in the coming weeks, at a very competitive price.

This is the third time we've used this company and chalet. This time we are a group of 14. Will at catered ski chalets has been excellent throughout the process. Getting 14 people to agree on room choices, airports etc is not easy. Will has been able to tailor the trip for us and has been incredibly attentive during our chopping and changing. Most importantly, he has great experience of the region and was able to provide a helpful steer as regards likely conditions at the time of year we are choosing to travel. Ten out of ten. We would highly recommend.
