Avoid - No Warranty - Dreadful Customer Service
Dreadful company to deal with, bought a commercial grade boiler recently, problems with it within its first few weeks and we were told that we would have to drop it to them and collect it and they may also charge us for repair. Obviously never heard of what their obligation is as part of EU warranty. We would have to pay all expenses. Reported it to them and received dreadful customer service. Avoid this company at all costs! The first time a commercial company we’ve dealt with has offered no service or warranty.

I am sorry you felt that you needed to write a bad review as a result of your experience with ourselves. However, as we have already told you, we supply all of our equipment with FULL WARRANTY ON PARTS AND LABOUR. If your item is faulty under the terms of this warranty it will be repaired free of charge. You do need to drop the item to our workshop for assessment.
It was suggested to you that your issue might be as a result of limescale build up in your boiler, which is understandably not covered under our policy. There would be a charge for this type of repair. So maybe this is where you seem to be getting the impression that we charge for warranty?
Your warranty is still valid and we would welcome you to please drop your boiler to our premises on the Malahide Road in order for us to assess and repair.
