Bought a bangle from Bella Boutique…

Bought a bangle from Bella Boutique through Catch. It was extremely poor quality and I asked for a refund. I was told no by Bella Boutique, then Catch contacted me and said I can receive a refund. The process of emails back and forwards and misunderstandings were ridiculous, it was made too difficult to get a refund. I decided it was better to throw the cheap product in the bin. I wont shop on Catch again as they do not honour refunds as other online companies do and the companies selling on Catch don't appear to have quality items.
