Never thought id say I couldnt live…
Never thought id say I couldnt live without some pants but these have made such a difference to my daily life! Thought I’d try them out so only bought two at first- didnt take me long to get another five!
Ive been looking for just a simple and good quality packing underwear in the UK for ages and this 100% is worth the money

Absolutely invaluable! I've not packed for 11 years because Packers and the packing underwear usually made me more dysphoric. My dysphorias gotten so bad I thought I'd try again, and I'm so glad I chose this brand. Absolutely amazing, website was so clear and helpful on choosing the size etc.
By trans people for trans people, what more could you want. I bought a single pair to see how I get on but now I know I'll be purchasing a pair for everyday of the week!
Thanks for giving me a little piece of myself back.

Description and care guidance are accurate and helpful. It was really joyous to receive this. Easy to wear and makes me feel great. Packaging colour style and scheme really cool too with the silver stickers haha. Also nice to be able to go UK-based from sustainability perspective. Love this company's approach

Excellent packing boxers
So happy with the packing boxers! Delivery was super quick and the boxers are excellent quality. I’ve been packing for over 5 years and have yet to find boxers this comfortable and affordable. The sizing is very inclusive, as someone who has muscly legs i was worried about the fit however they fit perfectly. The customer service was also brilliant. Top brand and will definitely be ordering from casual reign again!

Packer and packing boxers review
Subtle packaging it isn’t obvious what you have purchased so good for people who are closeted or not fully supported in there transition. The Packer itself is a sort material and of a good size I’ll definitely be buying from here again in the future. The boxers have a small pocket on the inside for the packer which is easy to do up highly recommend this company

Never received order or refund
Never received order- evri courier took a picture of a clearly different parcel and sent it to another address- evri hasn’t been able to locate it- I have been in touch with casual reign but have been ignored for two weeks.

Firstly, we are very sorry to hear that you had an issue with one of our courier options - Evri. Although rare, sometimes parcels can go missing once dispatched and in these instances, we always do our best to find a solution suitable for each individual. Please note that we do offer a choice of couriers (Evri or DPD) and hope to add more to this range soon.
As explained over email, we can confirm that unfortunately, your initial enquiry went to our spam folder. We replied to your follow-up email yesterday at 11:21am, offering you two solutions - either a full refund, or a free replacement parcel + a free gift to apologise for the inconvenience.
At 11:30am yesterday - upon learning that you’d prefer a refund over a replacement, we sent you another email letting you know that we were going to refund your order in full. As promised, we then refunded your order in full at 11:55am, yesterday.
Again, we apologise for the inconvenience this has caused, and understand the frustration you may have felt. If there is anything we can do to further assist you, please do not hesitate to get in touch.

Brilliant service
There was an issue with delivery of my order through Evi but Casual Reign couldn't do enough to rectify this by sending out a replacement and included a free gift.
They kept in contact regularly and were nothing but helpful.
Would highly recommend to anyone.

Great product
My fiance is super happy with the boxers and they’ve really improved his confidence. They fit the packer he has from another brand, and he mentioned that the packer is positioned in a much more realistic place.
