Went to the Hythe store on Saturday 16th May and purchased a 2 seater power recliner. It arrived on Monday 18th May as promised.
The two delivery guys were very polite and installed the settee quickly.
I can’t recommend Castons enough.

We are so pleased to find Casons of Hythe. The shop had a super selection of sofas and we were impressed that they were British made. We have ordered a Parker Knoll sofa and we were given such good advise from Amanda who was very knowledgeable and helpful. We would highly recommend this shop. Keep buying Britishmade !!

Amanda was knowledgeable and very helpful. She was able to price match with competitors and offered free delivery. She was friendly and efficient and there was no pressure.

It was a great service from start to finish. I visited the showroom and met Amanda who couldn’t have been more helpful and informative and I could browse without pressure. I found a suite I thought would be suitable for my disabled husband and Amanda arranged for it to be brought down from upstairs and made it possible for my husband to try it. Needless to say we placed an order there and then. Excellent service throughout from Amanda and the delivery team. I would certainly recommend them.

This was an amazing shopping experience on every level. Amanda was like a shining star in a world of mediocrity, she was attentive, helpful and offered constructive advice from her from her wealth of product knowledge which was so useful. Our order was fulfilled to the last detail with such a bright and cheery manner. You would be hard pushed to better the service from all the staff we met today including the owner!

A lovely family firm, I ordered a new reclining chair which was delivered as promised. It was delivered at the time promised. Their delivery men were brilliant they removed my old one and installed my new all within ten minutes. Brilliant.

I felt in very safe hands from start to finish with Castons. David was so knowledgeable and helpful and gave me excellent advice. Quick delivery and assembly. All in all such a professional service. One very happy customer - thank you.

My wife and i were impressed with he service we recieved from Amanda when we visited Caston to buy a new bed. We were made to feel welcome and at no point felt we're being rushed.

Would just like to say how impressed we were on yesterday’s visit to your store , Amanda was Knowledgeable and informative not at all pushy as with bigger stores she let us take home a swatch so we could colour match our furniture, returned 1 hour later and ordered our sofas , we will definitely recommend to family and friends, and it’s great to keep trade in Hythe and support our shops

So good to shop in the local High Street saving a journey to a large shopping centre and definitely would visit Castons again.

My husband and I recently shopped at Castons for furniture and can highly recommend them. On our first visit we collected ideas and were helped by Dave who helped us understand how to take best advantage of sale prices, talked to us about manufacturers, and told us all the ordering options as well as how to manage delivery to coincide with our move to a new home. On our second visit we purchased a bed (mattress, headboard and frame), and sofa and were equally pleased with the help and support we received from Amanda. She worked hard to get us the best pricing possible and we felt very pleased with the value of our overall purchase. They carry high quality UK brands and have many options from which to chose. What a difference it makes to shop with a independent, family run business VS a retail big chain.

Very good service, Amanda was very knowledgeable. We have looked for new armchairs for a while now and found exactly what we wanted in store. We wanted to buy British made products from a local store. The whole buying process was very straight forward and we were confident that we will be kept up to date regarding the delivery date.

Having scoured Kent for a riser chair I found a good range very close to home, at Castons in Tonbridge. The salesperson was sympathetic and helpful, he had excellent product knowledge. Lead time was reasonable and delivery was organised effficiently and had regard to what suited me - bit of a rarity, that.

Friendly, done a very good job. Well recommended.

Very pleased with the service I have had from Castons furniture . The help I had choosing in store my chair and also the very helpful delivery men. I needed to order some of my chair upholstery fabric.The lady I spoke to on the phone so helpful in organising this for me.
