It’s been already a month I’m waiting for my order, not possible to track it down anything with that, they are not responding my emails, not making refund, nothing… terrible service, scam company, scam website, completely disappointed and deceived!!
Would literally give zero stars if I could. Took ages to come even though paid more for fast postage. The casting kit car with minimal to no instructions. The bucket didn’t even fit our hands in. The mixture didn’t set at all and was mush when we took hands out. Have asked for a refund but most probably will be ignored. DONT BUY FROM CASTLYKIT.COM
Absolutely terrible. Shipping takes forever. When asking for a refund they email back saying there are no refunds despite clearly having a refund policy on their website. Do not buy from this company. SCAM!

At first I was excited to buy this kit for valentines day but i was completely shocked to see that they absolutely did not send me what their website says. Its a whole different product, the size isn’t even the same, you simply cannot do what they advertise this kit to do. Its literally a whole other company on the box, no instruction NOTHING!!! Its a aliexpress type casting kit. I am very disappointed and I probably wont get my money back. I sent a bunch of emails but none were responded until now. Just dont buy it from them!!! If I could i would give minus stars!!
