Cast London Reviews

Recently placed an order for a combination of bathroom sets and hardware for two of our projects. Lovely to see each product in a wide range of finishes as that's generally our biggest challenge when sourcing. The entire ordering and delivery process was smooth and straightforward. We had a query regarding the delivery, and the team was helpful and quick to respond. Always appreciate efficient customer service especially when working with project timelines which are often tight, A great experience overall.

Cast has an excellent customer service. I’ve completed three bathroom renovations using their projects and on each I’ve been pleased with the quality of products as well as their service. On my most recent one I decided to change colour once it had been delivered, cast were very quick to reply and send the replacements

I am really pleased with my new shower set from cast. I wasn’t sure which finish to go for but the team was really helpful with what would be best and quickly sending out a sample for me to see. I would definitely use them again.

We always love working with Cast London at Seesaw Studios, and they’ve become one of our trusted suppliers across our projects. The quality, craftsmanship and finishes of their products align beautifully with our design values, and we know we can rely on them to help us find the right pieces for each space.

What makes them special is the team’s genuine approach. They take the time to understand each project, listen to our ideas and help us find the best solutions. They feel like a true collaborator, not just a supplier, and that makes such a difference to the way we work.

We really value the relationship we’ve built with Cast London and look forward to working together on many more projects. Thank you team!
