Brilliant course Shaun is a very experienced trainer excellent at what he does highly recommended in fact I have sent 4 other people to do his FREC 3 training.

5 day FREC 3 course completed - excellent training with phenomenal knowledge expertly presented. Definitely would recommend for anyone, whether you have any previous first aid experience or not

I recently completed my FREC 4 and I can't thank Bruce, Shaun and Jen enough.
As someone who has managed to complete their FREC 3 in full 3 times because I kept letting it run out, I have a fair bit of experience of these courses. This FREC 4 course was by far the next level.
Booking was super easy, even though it was last minute from me. The training venue was very professional and easy to get to from the M62.
Bruce delivered the course in a way that made it easy to understand, while still supporting you when needed. The practical elements were also excellent. A really well delivered course and I will be back to do by refreshers and SALM's in October
I would have no hesitation in recommending CTS.

Shaun was my trainer and is brilliant! He fit me in for a BLS and medical emergencies session at a very short notice and was incredibly kind and helpful. The training session itself was very informative, interactive and engaging. Would definitely recommend going to Castleford Training Solutions!

Absolutley amazing, training centre was clean and tidy, the training was amazing and kept me engaged throughout. The trainer was very proffessional and aswerd any questions i had. I would very highly encourage anyone to use without a doubt.
