The team at CIR couldn’t be more helpful. I’ve had a few radiators from them and support with delivery timings, colours, dimensions and just generally was excellent. I’ve had a few compliments about my radiators and always direct then to Mark and his team at CIR.

So pleased with the level of service experienced here. Mark in particular was there to advise and help me every step of the way, even when the plumber messed up, he was there at the end of the phone to help me find a solution. Really cannot recommend them enough. The radiators are beautiful and arrived earlier than expected in perfect condition. Would recommend to everyone!

PLEASE AVOID this company !!! We had an issue with an immersion on a radiator and they said they were not responsible as that part was supplied to them by a 3rd party ! I don't see how this was my issue but apparently it was - We had to pay for an electrician and plumber to return to check and repeat tests. They then refused to replace the part until we had paid to have the defective part shipped back. We also had to pay for a new immersion until their 3rd party could assess - this from start to finish took 2 months to resolve. Management would also not return calls. STAY AWAY

Absolutely love the radiator. I went to the site to have a look at the designs and Laura helped me with the finish and all the accessories. Was ready on time and shipped to my home address quickly. It looks amazing and I'm really pleased!

First class customer service characterised by help and guidance through the order process, timely update on delivery timing and flexibility on delivery date. The order was well packaged when delivered. The radiators are high quality and well finished with similarly high quality accessories. Installation was straightforward and we are delighted with they look in the house. We shall be back for more for the first and second floors! Highly recommended.

Absolutely appaling experience. I ordered a radiator in November and it was due to be delivered in December. Upon arrival, the radiator had the wrong number of elements. Fine. Mistakes happen. I contacted the company to resolve the issue and that's when the problems began.

They were completely unapollogetic about their mistake, and in order to fix I had to return the product to their warehouse using their courier which only does kerb side pickup. So I had to bring this monstrosity of a radiator (well over 100 kg) outside myself. They offered virtually no assistance in this regard. Then they promised they would pick it up on a specific date and time and when they failed to do so, they lied and blamed me about misunderstanding them.

Throught this process, communication was very poor, with absolutely 0 pro-active communication on their side and I had to chase and chase, even when they said they would call back and obviously never did.

In the end the correct radiator got delivered. I has some cosmetic issues but I just can't bear to deal with this company again to have them fixed.

Cast Iron Radiators LTD provided us with fantastic client service. Our radiator was damaged in transit and the team on hearing did everything in their power to rectify the situation: arranging pick up, repair of radiator and return delivery - all within a week or so.
The team were polite and courteous throughout.

The range of different styles and size options is huge, allowing us to get the perfect fit for each room. Ordering is very easy, and the help and advice via a quick phone call was really welcome. The radiators and accessories are top quality, and make a big impact in each room. Delivery is by pallet, well wrapped and dropped off at your door, or wherever you want it. I nstructions are good, and our heating engineer commented on how well everything went together. We have ordered 4 times now, and if we had more rooms to refit we would be ordering more !

First class product, with a first class approach in providing a quality service. No automated sales or put on hold, proper human contact. Communications dealt swiftly and professionally. The pictures of the radiators do not do justice to the completed item but give you a very good idea on what you are getting, the completed end product is exceptional. Recommend this company and its products.

Cast iron radiators are very efficient from the point of ordering to final manufacturing. They are friendly and knowledgeable to speak to, offer great advice, and are tremendous value for money bearing in mind the quality of the radiators. They have supplied me with eight so far and l will be adding more in the near future. The fittings are also exceptional. I would have no hesitation recommending this company

absolutely brilliant radiators! They are perfect and so well-made. I was a bit dubious about buying online but I should not have worried they are absolutely perfect and really do throw out the heat.

Even after the boiler has turned off you’ve still got a couple of hours heat coming out of them. Where can you go wrong?
