After spending nearly $140 on two track suits, they were finally received after a 2 month waiting period (due to Covid I understand the delay). My disappointment is with the quality of product itself, I could have bought better from Forever 21 or Urban Planet for less. Their trash items aren’t worth your money, if you’re thinking of purchasing... I recommend you don’t. What they promote online is NOT what you will get, what you will get is cheap material with loose threads. And the tie dye looks more like an infant has gone to town with a paint brush.

Horrible people. Spend 253 and in the middle of a dispute with them. They expect you to send their garbage back to china and it will cost between 60-70$ in shipping. They are a POS company do not buy their crappy clothing. It is NOTHING like the photos

Extremely unhappy with the quality, colour and sizing of both items I ordered. The material feels like cheap swimwear and it is so tight (despite ordering off their sizing chart for an oversized look). Both items are very clearly made from different materials than what appears in the images on the website, very sheer and thin. The amount charged for this level of quality is outrageous!! I emailed to demand a refund and was refused then ignored.

I have finally received my order that was placed on 4/15 but am incredibly unhappy with the size and quality of the garments. I ordered a 2XL because the measurements on the site matched my general size. When the items arrived, they were NO WHERE close to my size and would barely fit my size small roommate. Even if size was not an issue, the quality is nothing like what appeared on the website. The lounge wear I ordered appeared to be a sweatsuit material but what arrived felt like a mix between gym shorts and cotton. One of the dresses I ordered has a finished hem in the photo on their site. Mine came raw with just a serger hem to prevent fraying. Looks completely unfinished. When I sent them a message asking how to proceed with returns, they responded that they wanted photos. When I asked them to be more specific and told them I was put off that I had to send photos to process a return I never heard back from them. They seemed to have popped up on Instagram around the time the pandemic started and are preying on women looking for comfy clothes to wear during quarantine. I did google their name before purchase and no reviews came up at the time, which I guess should have been RED FLAG #1. I was also made to feel more comfortable ordering from them because their website has an address in the UK. I would love to see them shut down completely. I have contacted paypal and reported them and asked for a return of my money and I suggest all reviews do the same.

I finally received my item after 2 months and many emails. The item is not even close to what was presented on the site. The quality is absolute crap.

I’ve asked for a refund and to return the item and they don’t do it unless there is a “quality” issue. I sent photos and they have refused to issue a refund. They have said I can return the item but at my cost for shipping.

I wish I saw the reviews before I ordered. I will be reporting them as a fraudulent company.

Y’all. I know what you’re thinking - this looks so cute on IG! DON’T do it. Just spend a couple bucks more to get normal clothes. My order came in today 6/5. I ordered on 4/10. It shipped on 4/30. When it finally got here - it’s just the cheapest saddest material. And an item is missing. I see that’s I was refunded $17 (without notice on 4/30). I paid like $30 a piece for each of these items. At a flea market you could probably get all three - including the item I didn’t receive - for $30. Nope nope nope nope.

Wish I would’ve seen these reviews prior to ordering. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!! TOTAL SCAM. The clothes look NOTHING like the picture, the material is completely different, and it’s poor quality. I tried to get my money back and they only do refunds if there is a “quality” issue. I explained that the quality issue was that these clothes are not the quality they advertised. Customer service did not care. They said they didn’t see any damage, so no refund could be issued. Horrible.

There’s no way that anyone would be happy with this outfit! I dont believe these other reviews are even real after receiving this joke of a pajama set! Let’s start with, what you receive is NOTHING like the pic! Not the same quality, not the same color, not the same fabric, not the same weight, not the same shape, not the same stitching, not the same cut, NOTHING IS THE SAME. What I received is cheap, has uncut threads everywhere, is paper thin, is a horrible rough polyester synthetic fabric, is not terry lined sweat pant material like the photo shows, the raw cut material on the shorts is fraying, the shirt is boxy, the seams are not sewed straight, it has almost no puff to the sleeve and I ordered an xl, is completely unflattering. This is completely ridiculous. Clearly they stole some photos off some girls Instagram and tried to recreate her outfit overseas for pennies to the dollar because this outfit is soooooo cheap and I paid almost $100 for it. I would never wear this! It’s so tacky. I’m so pissed off I can’t even believe I fell for this! Waiting to hear back from them but so far no luck!

Please don't order from them the material is cheap and one of my clothing items look as if it was not finished being made. I am so unhappy with the purchase. I can't even return due to there policy must have tags on in order to return convenient for them both items had no tags if you are considering ordering message me and I'll show you pictures of what the items really look like

This company is terrible took me 6 weeks to get my order with no communication I bought 3 sweatsuits that are not sweatsuits just cheap see through polyester. Did anyone get there money back for the clothing I spent $140

If I could do 0 stars I would. I loved the look of the pajamas and when I got them (1 month after I ordered them) they are a gross and cheap material. I tired them on a audibly laughed at how terrible the quality was. I reached out to customer service about sending them back and after 1 week, I still have no response and no way to return them. Do not buy from this store! I am so disappointed in the quality and the customer service.

Terrible! I waited two months to receive my order and finally I opened the packages and it was the worst material and cheapest I have ever experienced. I rather shop at Forever 21. The material is not what is stated on the website and pretty sure all their photos are stolen and it is complete false advertising. Please do not shop with them. I wish I had looked them up prior to purchasing.

Awful customer service.

Their customer service straight up lied to my about the status of my package. I attempted to cancel because I never received a shipping notification weeks after ordering, they told me that the shipment was in fact on its way - then I get a shipping notification a week later to say it was shipped on that date.

I went to check the tracking of the package a month after it shipped to see where it was - and it wasn’t even a valid shipment that they could track!

Complete bull.

So I could have canceled my order, they just refused to and lied to me lol.

Pretty sure my package isn’t showing up!

I wouldn’t even give half a star. I ordered 3/23. Was told that they are in NY and ship from there as well. Finally got shipping info 4/4 and of course it’s coming from China which annoyed me in the first place. I just received the item 5/27 and it’s hideous. The advertised picture shows a cute outfit made of a Velour material and what I got was thin scratchy polyester. It looks like something my 5 year old sowed. It’s atrocious. The insist that I pay the shipping to return because there isn’t a hole in it. I don’t trust that I would get a refund from liars and it will cost me over half of what the outfit cost to send back. I can’t believe there is even 1 good review/comment on IG about this company. Those must be lies too.

If I could give them no stars that would be better. I have placed my order over two months ago. No response to my emails and feel that I will never get my order received. Thinking it is time to call my bank and try to dispute the charges as it seems this is a fraud.
DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS WEBSITE! It is a joke and you will not get your product.

Terrible customer service. Ordered 4/15/20, today is 5/26/20 and I still do not have my order. Do not order from them!!
