I’m very happy with my purchase. Our table looks beautiful and sturdy. The build quality is as I expected.
Delivery was as promised and the package arrived in good shape, delivered to the living room- all good.

Incredibly disappointed with our purchase. The delivery was delayed without any communication and the boxes arrived damaged. After opening the order post-renovation, we found the desk drawers were broken and a large dent was present. I contacted customer service immediately and sent images explaining the damage and our situation. After a 3 day wait we’ve been told there is a 5-day return policy which leaves us with no option for refund or replacement. Very poor communication and no accountability — not what you’d expect when purchasing a $1500 item. I do not recommend purchasing from this online store.

White TV Unit - Shipping delays but kept me updated and prompt responses and delays were out of their control. Seriously good quality for the price! So impressed and love my new tv unit. Plus it comes out together!!!!

Once you decide on the product, I bought a white side table. It was delivered in a very timely manner and informed by a personal email by staff of delivery date which helped with logistics. when I had emailed after purchase asking for a special drop off location at my home they obliged without hesitation and left it under cover and sage from prying eyes. The package was exactly as ordered. A beautiful piece to add to the bedroom. I will buy many more items on my bucket list without hesitation from Cassa Vida

I’ve had my chair for a couple of years now. I am happy to recommend it to anyone looking for something special. After an accident where I broke my back and neck, I was unable to lay flat. I’m up walking again, but still unable to use a bed. This chair has been a lifesaver. It’s strong, large, supportive and very comfortable

I found the experience of ordering a large furniture item online with Cassa Vida effortless. Not only that, but the bedhead arrived well packaged and in a very timely manner. I was very pleased with the quality of the bedhead and I couldn't be happier with my purchase.

I am writing to formally express my dissatisfaction with the service I received during the recent delivery arrangement for my order with Cassa Vida. On 13 February, I spoke with Corey regarding the delivery, following an email notification that stated my order was ready for collection within 72 hours. It is important to note that this time frame included a weekend, during which your warehouse was closed — information not indicated on your website. I was quite frustrated when Corey responded in an unprofessional manner, attempting to provoke further conflict rather than assist. Following his suggestion, I spoke with his manager, Scott, whose demeanor mirrored Corey’s rudeness. Scott eventually put the phone down on me, even though I was not the one being rude!
The lack of emotional intelligence and effective customer service skills demonstrated by both employees is unacceptable. I would recommend that your company invest in customer service training for staff, as effective communication is vital for maintaining customer relationships.
I unfortunately did not check reviews prior to my order, which would have informed my decision.
Regrettably, this experience has led me to conclude that I will not be making future purchases from Cassa Vida.
