As I would expect after 3 decades of membership and using the online service. Only disappointment is that SAA watercolour paints are replaced by Cass ART and far fewer colours forcing the choice of the more expensive main brands. Makes Jackson’s more appealing!

From start to finish, it was great. When my order got mixed up I thought it was going to be a nightmare.
Girls were so so so helpful! Very friendly shop, I always now recommend, couldn’t have been any nicer. They aren’t overbearing with asking if we needed help, but when needed we’re more than happy to. Honestly, I wouldn’t go anywhere else. Great selection of materials too.

Online ordering is super easy and the product descriptions are thorough and accurate. Extensive range of products and delivery was fast. Great experience all round.

The available colours were exactly what I wanted however the paints purchased were watery and thin which is not conducive to my work.

I was so happy with the service. I ordered a lot and chose standard delivery, but it was picked and delivered next day. The free gift bag contained a lot more than I’d expected - and was all high quality too. It was like opening Christmas presents - loved it!!

They have an extensive catalogue covering all aspects of drawing and painting. Unlike other suppliers it is very unusual if any product it found to be out of stock.
The following day delivery service is also very reliable.
I recommend them to all my artist friends.

They have excellent quality of stock, at excellent prices. There are often sales and offers on too so do look out for those. Delivery is a little longer than some other retailers, but not restricively so. And it's worth an extra day or 2 for the quality and prices
