I’ve deleted and am now rewriting my review. I was ‘forced’ to do the review whilst still on the phone to jim. He told me he’d wait on the phone whilst I did it making me feel forced to give 5 stars. The call was quite distressing he was helpful to a point but everytime I tried to explain my situation or that it really hurt he would ignore me and force me to continue. He showed no emotion. It was like speaking with a robot. I almost cried a few times on the call. I was told to pay an extra £100 on the call for night time only aligners I said I didn’t mind wearing them in the day but he insisted I get them and again make the payment straight away. I even asked ‘can I have time to think about it’ and he said ‘no’. Due to the call feeling really awkward I agreed to it all because I wanted it over with. I made my complaint directly to Olivia who I’ve dealt with over email who responded professionally and was helpful so I hadn’t yet rewritten my review as I didn’t want to come across too harsh. However, since this I’ve requested updates and had none. I have no idea how long the aligners will take, my emails are now ignored. I try leaving messages on the online chat through the app and they go ignored. A lot of the positive reviews on here are probably people forced whilst on the phone so be mindful. Im yet to receive anything so can’t comment on how good the treatment is.

This company is a scam. The aligners do not work, and when I told Caspersmile about this they charged me again to make new aligners which they never provided. I submitted a complaint months ago but they have been ignoring me, calling me a different name and lying about how much I had paid. They have also refused to give me their complaints process or any next steps for appeal.
Save yourself a lot of time, money and frustration and use a different company!

I had a really poor experience with Casper Smile and would not recommend them.
During my treatment I suffered a dental emergency (fractured molar due to grinding). I tried to manage this responsibly and even delayed necessary dental work by four weeks to avoid disrupting my aligner plan. Throughout this time, I repeatedly contacted Casper Smile for guidance.
I was told on multiple occasions that:
* A night guard would be sent
* An impression kit would be issued
* My case would be reviewed and I’d be advised on how to pause treatment
None of this was followed through properly.
Communication was extremely poor — emails took 5–6 working days for a response, and every time I called, there were no notes on my account. I had to explain everything from the beginning each time, which was incredibly frustrating.
When I reached the end of my treatment, I then discovered that no retainers had been provided in my final pack. I contacted them again and was told I would be sent an impression kit so retainers could be made — however, I never received this at all.
I was also told earlier in my treatment that an impression kit would be sent alongside a night guard — again, this never arrived.
As a result, I have now finished my treatment with no retainers and no way to maintain my results. My teeth have already started to move back, which has made the entire process feel like a complete waste of time and money.
Additionally, the quality of the aligners was poor. I grind my teeth at night and found the aligners were wearing down within 5 days, with holes forming in them. Compared to Invisalign (which I’ve previously had), the difference in quality is significant.
Overall:
* Very poor communication
* Broken promises and delays
* No continuity of care
* Failure to provide essential retainers
* Poor product quality
This experience reflects the saying “pay cheap, pay twice.”
I would strongly advise others to avoid this company, if I could give 0 stars I would!

It wasn’t perfect. I did have a few issues especially with with the actual night guard I purchased in terms of it not fitting and it not being what I expected but a very lovely man called Harvey stuck to his word and arranged a refund for me. He is an asset to the company and they should be very proud of way he deals with the customers. He is thorough and knows what he is doing. They should ensure that they keep him. He’s that good!

I’ve really had a poor experience with the company!!!
It’s started off good, took the impression however they wasn’t good enough but Casparsmile was wonderful and actually sent out new moulds for free. However this is the part it goes down hill. The support team are anything but supportive, after try and try again the moulds were deemed to poor several times and I’m terms of straight forward as they claim the moulds are anything but, so I went about the process of a refund and they pushed back time after time it took me 2 weeks for them to agrees to a refund, long story short I’m still waiting and for 4 days haven’t heard anything back. Would not recommend!!
