I spoke with a employee called Mike, he was speedy, polite, told me each step and what to do clearly and at a pace I could understand perfectly. He was very patient and helpful

Terrible experience overall

Literally the worst company I have ever used for any item in my entire life. It took a year to receive the first set of trays for my husband. Mine took so long I decided to cancel and was not allowed a refund instead I got a partial refund and some retainers (was promised a teeth whitening kit and that never came for either of us!) the shipping was "lost" multiple times and took weeks to send and months to receive. Two year process for my husband. And every package we had to pay import fees even though they had promised this wouldn't happen. Stay sooo far away from them

Great customer service received from…

Great customer service received from Mike. Very helpful and directed every step of the way what i needed to do.
The impressions were checked on call by Mike so I wasnt left to do this alone.

For as long as I can remember I’ve always been insecure about the way my teeth were, since finding Caspersmile not only gave they made me smile again they reassured me through every step from moulds to questions and then receiving my retainers I’m almost at the end of my retainer journey and I’ve never been happier thank you to Casper smile 😃

Avoid, terrible customer service.... Well, no customer service at all!

From the start the start there were red flags. At my first video appointment to make my impressions no one turned up. I had waited ten days for it. They eventually rescheduled but still far from ideal. Some flimsy excuse was made up.

After I sent them impressions off...... Nothing. I am still waiting to even hear back. I've called numerous times and been promised various timelines which have all been missed. Email up dates that never came. Terrible customer experience.

I'll now be seeking a full refund.

Awful braces

The only part I can’t complain about is Olivia. She communicated clearly and was very helpful throughout the impressions process.

Unfortunately, my experience with the aligners themselves has been extremely disappointing. I have used online braces before with great results, but after losing my retainer my teeth shifted again, so I decided to try this company.

I’ve now reached the final aligner and my top teeth are still overlapping. In fact, one tooth now looks more prominent than before, and I preferred how they looked prior to treatment. When I raised this concern, I was told the results were “mostly achieved” and that I could pay extra for an adjustment plan. That felt more like an attempt to charge more money than resolve the issue.

I mainly contacted them because the final bottom aligner was forcing one of my front teeth forward into the other without enough space. This caused significant pain and sensitivity. I eventually had to stop wearing it. When I requested a refund, I was told this pain was normal. In my experience, it absolutely is not. It’s been over a week and my tooth is still wobbly, I can’t bite properly with the front of my mouth, and hot, cold, or even windy air still causes pain.

To make matters worse, email response times have become slower and slower. Based on my experience, I would avoid this company unless you want a cross bite, no support and requests to pay more. Awful braces even worse customer service!

Mike khan dealt with my impressions via…

EDIT as of 18 May 2026 - The below review was asked of me at the point where id only completed the impressions, at that point I had not received my smile preview nor my aligners. I still havent even though ive been promised the smile preview many times via email from a person called Olivia Wilson, every time i phone up and ask to speak to this person I always seem to get a Man on the phone who says that Olivia is not available, I am starting to think this person Olivia is just a BOT sending out generic emails. I am actually starting to think this is abit of a scam, as Ive made payments, had a person called Harvey state he would call me back 2 days ago and nothing, I have to keep chasing this company with no results. Honestly just spend abit extra and go with a different company. Waste of time and energy. They are quick to take your money and not supply.

This is the review I got pressured into writing the review for mike khan. Mike khan dealt with my impressions via video call, he was very patient with me and got me through the process
