We ordered a burial urn online for my Mother's ashes. We were expecting the urn would be delivered before my Mother's Celebration of Life ceremony. Checking the UPS delivery schedule it was apparent this may not be possible. William sent a second URN via overnight shipping to ensure the urn was available for my Mother's ashes, and the Celebration of Life ceremony. This was indeed a great example of why everyone should deal with Casket Depot Vancouver and the wonderful staff. The urn was of great quality and far less expensive than local firms were offering. Thank you so much for offering excellent above & beyond service, and reasonable pricing in an industry known for unreasonable prices.

The Star Keepsake Urn I purchased is beautiful. However, before I bought the urn, I contacted Casket Depot Vancouver and asked if the Urn came with a stand. I was informed that it did. However, we I received the urn, there was no stand with it. I will send an email regarding this as I wouldn't have purchased it without a stand.

They offer beautiful caskets at great prices! We ordered the Purity casket for a recent funeral. Their previous design had silver accents, but they contacted me right away to inform me that it was changed to gold accents, and it was beautiful! They also were very good at responding to any of my questions and concerns and delivery to the funeral home went well too, our delivery lady arrived early so there was no need to wait :)

From our initial contact with William all the way through to the internment date he was always readily available to provide guidance and assistance on the process of purchasing and designing the layout of our flat grave marker tablet to the installation at the cemetery. Many thanks!
