I saw an ad for a bonus on casinonova, i applied and received $450 dollars..i played for 2 days and have accumalated over $100,000.00 dollars,,when i went to withdraw..it put me through confirmation of who i am, probably to ensure i am not a bot..At the end it stated i need to deposit $100 to confirm registration...It was not states such before and after reveiwing th e casino and contacting the better busines bureau, they are stating that it probably is not a legit site if i have to deposit funds to recive moneys won..i habe no problem depositing 100 if i am able to withdraw my winnings ..but npoy if its a scam and if it is..why is this site still running..i8 need confirmation

Don't deposit any money into this site. I won 845,000 krona and they didn't give it to me. Do you know why they ignored me? Because they don't have a license, it's a fake site, but I'm going to pursue this site relentlessly. Because I have very strong evidence – Gmails, messages, screenshots proving I won the money.

Money received after 4 business days - Strict T&C compliance is key

I’m sharing this to help others make an informed decision, not to promote or attack the casino.

I finally received my withdrawal of 420 EUR, but the process was a test of patience. Here is my honest experience for anyone struggling:
​The Wait: Although Term 6.15 promises 3 business days, in reality, it took 4 business days (plus the weekend). If you are waiting, don’t panic, but be prepared for a delay. At the end they did not even ask me for KYC, that I was not expecting at all.
​T&C is your Bible: To get paid, you MUST follow the rules 100%. I had no duplicate accounts, I understood my bonus terms perfectly, I cancelled all my bonuses before withdrawal and most importantly, I used the same method for both deposit and withdrawal. If you give them any reason to find a fault, they might use it.
​Live Chat Reality: Don't expect real information from Live Chat. They use predefined scripts and often provide "empty" reassurances about "final stages." They don't have access to the finance department.
​The Trap: The biggest danger is the "Pending" status. The casino waits for you to lose patience and play your winnings back. Don't do it. Stay disciplined, wait it out, and the money will eventually arrive as mine did.
​Verdict: They do pay, but you must be a "perfect" player regarding their rules and be ready to push them formally.

Help centre sucks, 2.5 week withdrawal request!

The slots and site is fine, sometimes slow.

I've been waiting for a withdrawal for 12 days and 7 business days. I've reached out multiple times for further information or even expedite the request. Almost everyday the last 8 days. And have only been told theres a delay with the finance department and told to be patient. It has been absolutely ridiculous. They havent even offered any free spins or bonuses. I really dont understand the delay. And if it was denied they can tell me why, if i have missing info/documents but I don't.

I would never use this casino again

Professional crooks. Instead of closing your account due to problems with gambling. They send you more bonuses. They do not take take seriously anything but stealing your money. Anjoyan based scam casino with no way of blocking ads, removing your account, or doing self inclusion. This place is not under any juristiction to be monitored. DO NOT PUT YOUR MONEY HERE. Not paying out.

This is a scam disguised as an online casino.

I requested several withdrawals (including two of €500 pending for 6 days), and nothing has been paid. No documents requested, no progress made, only automated replies to dozens of emails.

They accept deposits instantly — but when it’s time to pay your winnings, they disappear.

This site is absolutely not trustworthy.
Their so-called “license” comes from a ghost jurisdiction (Anjouan, Comoros) that offers zero protection to players.

👉 I strongly urge this platform to STOP PROMOTING Casinova.
Continuing to recommend this site means endorsing fraudulent practices and becoming complicit in the scam.
Protect your users — not the scammers.

Please do not believe in any of these new reviews 100% they are just random that the casino had to whome ever to post good things. I have never gotton paid my measley $503.00 form them and now im blocked cant log in as it comes up my email or password is incorrect which complete bull. One of the worst Online Casinos I've played on. I do know that these casinos don't let you win but the hit rate on this site is f**** up. for example - 400€ are nothing and if youre lucky you get 3-4 free games with a payout of 30-120x but as soon as you have bonus money you get free games on nearly every 50 spins and then you get the real payouts but until the 30x-40x to transfer the bonus to your real money it's gone. I've played on many sites but this one is just a money grabber - please choose another casino. best regards and a tip to the players that think about playing here: don't do it. take your money and burn it instead.

Don't trust the positive opinions

Don't trust the positive opinions, they probably pay for them. The casino works really well until you win a good amount of money and proceed to withdraw it. In two month or more they just pay me 2 of the 5 I did. But the best part come today. At the same time they ask me for documents to verify my account they made a charge of 500€ on my debit card with no authorization. Probably a kind of strategy but unacceptable. Please, run away from this website, they will steal your money.
