Deliberate delays on withdrawals

I would like someone to do something and appreciate Casino Rocket replying. Please reply to my email.
I don’t hold any expectations on a resolution, I’ve been saying the same thing to support and to the VIP manager and nothing changes.

I have been a VIP customer for years. I won 6000AUD yesterday morning and it was cancelled 12 hours later for some ridiculous reason. I’ve cashed out again and still having to wait over 24 hours. There is no need whatsoever to hold a players winnings unless you are not a verified player. I have been a verified player for years. In the beginning the payouts were in my account within 24 hours , as time goes on , so the delays in receiving my winnings. Casino Rocker have never not paid me , however the delays receiving funds now are just ridiculous. If our deposits are instant Casino Rocket , why are our winnings not instant . This time I feel very let down and loyalty and customer service means nothing to this casino anymore.

Do not trust this casino. They will try anything to keep your money..

Oh my goodness. Please stay clear of this Casino, they will try everything in their power to reject your withdrawals. From saying that I have used the wrong platform to take out my winnings or the account numbers are wrong, of which have never changed, then all of a sudden requesting my deposit account, of which was completely irrelevant because I don’t use that account to withdraw into. Then one of the latest ones was a technical issue., then the one after that was the fact that I hadn’t played my deposit through three times.
That was a joke in itself because I did increments of deposits, finally won my money back and decided to take it out. They’re utter lies and I do not trust this casino one bit.. almost every single withdrawal has been rejected. I was very fortunate to win a decent sized progressive jackpot at one stage, of which they claim on their withdrawal small print section. that they will pay out all progressive jackpots straight away. Well, they did not. They made me wait for days and days and days to make small withdrawals and told me because it wasn’t a progressive jackpot.. I took a snapshot of the actual progressive jackpot to prove their lies. That meant nothing to them..and did not action my queries or request appropriately.
I think they’re obviously onto something illegal and they haven’t actually got the money. They’re doing some type of money laundering. I don’t know, but I feel something bad is going on in that casino to the point that they probably don’t have enough funds and they’re trying to make money on our winnings anyway they see fit.
I am totally disgusted. I have spent so much money in this damn casino because as they know all gamblers are addicted to some form and they are hoping that you will spend the money that they reject.
Do not trust this casino please go elsewhere for your own good.

This is a scam casino

This is a scam casino, haven't had one successful withdrawal ever! They are getting sloppy and can't remember their own lies lol I've been apologized to so many times The word has lost all meaning from them lol. They give false information about withdrawal timeframes, their emails from VIP managers regarding withdrawal issues have key words spelt wrong like instead of typing 'bank transfer withdrawal ' they will have spelt it like 'bant transfer' they apologize the assure that the issue is fixed then something else happens, never contact you when they say, support staff make up things that are not in the terms and conditions, lie about processing requests, each staff member gives different answers to the same question. Withdrawals say instant but 3 days later and haven't even got my withdrawal request processed. VIP managers asking for more Kyc documents and says that's the issue even though I have updated my Kyc documents more than twice in the last year.. you'd think a VIP manager would check your account to see if Kyc documents are on the account and verified before asking for more identification information.. whoops! Bloody scammers and bad at it too. They steal your money and trying to phish for personal information. Lying pigs..

What I liked most is that I never felt…

The live dealer section is excellent

The live dealer section is excellent. Blackjack Classic 21 felt very authentic, though once the video froze for a few seconds. Deposit via crypto was fast, and withdrawal was smooth. Definitely one of the better casino interfaces I’ve used recently.
