Extremely Unhelpful and Unfair Complaint Handling
I submitted a formal complaint to CasinoReviews regarding a serious dispute with an online casino operator, The777Slots, where my legitimate withdrawal was denied.
Unfortunately, my experience with CasinoReviews has been extremely disappointing:
Refusal to Assess Evidence:
They declined to consider clear evidence that I have never created or operated the other accounts the operator claimed were linked to mine. Instead, they stated that IP address sharing alone is sufficient to uphold the operator’s decision. This is factually incorrect and unreasonable, as IP addresses can be shared by multiple unrelated users for many legitimate reasons.
Blind Reliance on Operator Terms:
CasinoReviews repeatedly emphasized that I agreed to the operator’s IP-based terms and therefore am automatically at fault. This ignores actual proof of wrongdoing and allows operators to deny legitimate winnings through overly broad and punitive policies.
Lack of Fair Resolution:
Despite providing full KYC documentation and demonstrating compliance with all bonus requirements, my complaint was dismissed. CasinoReviews effectively sided with the operator, endorsing unfair treatment of players.
Contradictory Communications and Bad-Faith Practices:
The operator itself provided inconsistent explanations regarding account deactivations and access to promotions. CasinoReviews accepted these claims without critical review, further undermining trust in their dispute resolution process.
Conclusion:
CasinoReviews does not provide a fair or thorough review of complaints. Their reliance on technicalities and operator claims over evidence leaves honest players unprotected. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend their complaint service to anyone seeking a genuine resolution to a casino dispute.
