Simple wins, honest rules

What I liked was how transparent things felt - the bonus info was clear, tournaments made sense, and payouts went though fine after some document checks (took a bit longer than I hoped). The jackpots section catches my eye every time, especially Hall of Gods. A few promos repeat too often, but at least it`s all upfront. Feels trustworthy enough for steady pay.

Lucky streak night

One evening I stumbled onto a new slot and ended up with a bunch of free spins that licked off a nice streak on 777 Hot Reels. INFINITE PENDING WITHDRAWAL CASINO

Usually I don’t listen to the negative reviews of any casinos and I usually have no issues with cash outs. But PLEASE DO NOT put your money in here. I’ve put over $100 in this casino of real money and they literally won’t cash out a withdrawal of $120 like it’s just been pending for ages like they are losing so much money processing a $120 withdrawal. Customer service is buns and can’t do anything when you contact them with the issue and their email contact is the exact same saying it’s up to the finance department to accept it. No help no answers just the same response every time. Put your money in here if you never want to be cashed out. UPDATE: they finally processed my withdrawal after contacting them every day asking to talk to the financial department

Scam as casino

Scam as casino. Gave me a bonus that i had to wager 40x and ended up with a decent amount of money. When i was going ti withdraw, i could only withdraw 5x of the bonus money. That was not stated anywhere in the bonus. I do not recommend anyone to use this casino as they are a bunch of frauds

Casinolab blocked my withdrawal and won’t respond

Unbelievable payout delay

The games on this site are great, but the withdrawal process and customer service are unacceptable. My $400 withdrawal took over two weeks and required repeated emails and chats—exactly the same issue many other players report. It’s disappointing that management refuses to address such consistent complaints.

Weekends tournament addict

Weekends mean tournaments for me and CasinoLab runs them constantly. I joined a Friday event, climbed the leaderboard by focusing on specific slots and cashed out some free spins. Scam site

Waiting on my withdrawal for 1 week now and haven’t gotten anywhere. Customer service just tell you the same thing that the money is coming soon but day by day nothing happens. Scam artists, wouldn’t go near this site
