Scam

My account is fully verified but because they do not want to pay out my balance of 19k they are now asking for notarised documents of items I don't possess, despite passing the original verification process.

Avoid website at all costs.

Does anybody have similar experiences? if so how did they get them to pay out?

Banned for no reason

Deposit 3 times, won a decent 2240, then suddenly my account was banned, because my residence doesn’t match my ID, even though I am legally working and paying taxes in the UK.

I went across all the terms and condition and nowhere it states that my origin country is a high risk so therefore my account banned.

They took my funds away and now I am going in circles, I provided everything they need and all the proof they want but still no luck.

My PASSPORT is valid as is all the documents I supplied, they just found a reason not to pay me out.

Beware they don't pay out wot they owe!!!

I won a competition and they refused to pay me out by making up excuses that they needed verify my acc I sent in everything then they shut me out of my acc and just kept saying login issues which they still won't fix bcos it's jst a excuses to not pay me out!!
Casino Guru is the key for any gambling help issues..

I have sent casino gods over 100 emails…

I have sent casino gods over 100 emails and they haven't got back to me once. I was advised by a live chat agent to cancel my bonus, as it appeared as cash. When I went back on and explained that it cancelled my whole balance, the live chat agent told me it would be reversed.

3 months and 100 emails later, they're ignoring me.

So they have done a runner now

So they have done a runner now. I've heard they are filling for bankruptcy so what now. I have contacted UKGC because they set up player protection that funds will be held in separate accounts to protect players. But allowed genesis Global Limited to pack up and run off. Also contacted PayPal to dispute it also. A lot of us have lost out and some should be held responsible as all these safe guards and terms but they can take our money and leave and hide and nothing happens. The bankruptcy part is a joke as its just servers and this will effect all customers from different countries also. Feel I've wasted a month chasing them for nothing as that was the plan when they closed the sites on the 1st.

Still no response I’ve emailed off both my email addresses and I’m getting the same respond records of account even though I’ve deposited via my mobile and i received text to say you’d cease trading. It’s now the last day and ive still not received the £975 withdrawal I’m disgusted I do however have relatives in North America Spain and Australia who are willing to periodically post reviews to your site and all of your sister sites i am currently confined to my bed and this was the little pleasure I got

Don't use this site .
They take the joy out of it .
I really like there casino but just the hassle if you win anything is just a joke .
First time I won 500e verification and withdrawel took 5 days , then now today I won 300e and suddenly the withdrawal button is not working and on chat they are sending it to the revenant department and nothing they can do .
You can deposit and deposit away but when you win something it just a hassle and stress and pure annoyance!! ..
Go to another casino don't come to this one because when you win it just takes the joy out of it .
I didn't use any bonuses and I'm fully verified and it won't let me withdraw .
I'm really just so annoyed with this now at this stage.

I have never had a issue with this site…

I have never had a issue with this site and I’ve deposited loads on this site to now on the 1st I withdrew £1080 and it went into pending now the site then went down for apparently maintaince on the 2nd the site came back up then I tryed logging in and it said my account is closed I tryed there phones and they said they can’t get to them now I have googled the companie and seen a lot and mean a lot of people are haveing same issue and then to find out there closing down on the 6th or 31st of this month I’ve sent them over 10 emails and no reply to any of them this money would of come in handy for Christmas I just want this company to sort my issue out and they don’t have the decency to contact loyal customers who have spent loads on the site

UPDATE TO CASINO GODS THIS ISNT MY EMAIL ADRESS FOR THE SITE AS I CANT MAKE A ONE UP AS THEY ONLY USE GOOGLE TO LOG IN

Never had a problem with my account…

Never had a problem with my account until now . I have made a withdrawal of £350 and have been told numerous times that my funds are being released by end of the day and still haven’t received it . They have told me over live chat on few occasions over the past few days but still nothing. Now I am unable to sign into my account as it says my account it closed . Now iv just found out they are closing down in the uk . Fuming is an understatement I just want my money. Quick enough taking peoples money but when it comes to making a withdrawal there’s issues . I want to know we’re my money is and when I will receive it .

Not cool bro

Good service, pay outs within the week, good selection of games , smooth easy to use website....is how I used to feel, but here I am writing them positive reviews meanwhile they just sodomized me. stuff u casino gods, for some reason they now won't pay winnings onto my Visa card as they had always reliably done before. Yannick saved the situation for Casino Gods.

I had Yannick sort out my situation in the end, he gave me the abbreviation for deduction for Casino Gods so I could look up internally in my bank for when and how much I deposited. I turned the transaction into a pdf and sent it to them, I got a message to say my account was now verified, congratulations and winner funds arrived 24 hours later into my account direct.
