No clear complaints procedure
When I had a serious issue, there was no obvious way to escalate beyond normal support. No link to an ombudsman or third party, just “we’ll review and get back to you”. Not reassuring.

Deposited 30, turned into 90, felt good for a minute. Then those wagering rules hit. Spun forever on tiny bets and it still said 0% completed. Honestly just closed the tab and walked away annoyed.

Small win, big hassle
I only won like 70 bucks and they still wanted extra documents: selfie with ID, proof of address, even a screenshot of my online banking. Felt invasive for such a tiny amount. Took the fun right out of it.
