Welcome package sounds good, but...
Honestly, I moved from another UKGC-licensed site because GRP Casino offered a much larger welcome package up to three grand. The games loaded quickly enough, to be fair. But when I got in touch with their 24/7 live chat a few days ago, asking about higher withdrawal limits given the VIP offer, they just sent a canned response about standard terms. My old casino manager knew me. Disappointing.

Withdrawal Issue at GRP Casino
I had a withdrawal pending for a while with GRP Casino. The games loaded fine and the site looked quite polished, which gave me some confidence to begin with. I waited a few days but nothing happened so I contacted support. They asked for more verification documents after I had already provided them when signing up. It seemed a bit strange to ask for them again, especially for a sum that wasn't that large. They were polite enough, but the withdrawal process was definitely not what I was expecting. Ended up waiting more than a week to get my money.
