Avoid this company at all costs

I had a playzee account (sister site) and it was closed by playzee themselves for safer gambling

1 hour later I found another site (casimba) made it and deposited .. no idea they belonged to white hat gaming

Turns out I shouldn’t even have been allowed to deposit or bet

I brought this to the attention of casimba staff and got proof that playzee closed my account due to safer gambling In black and white and should be due a refund following the rules of there terms and conditions

Casimba have now have came saying I set a time out on playzee ? So casimba know more about there sister site than playzee’s Own staff

2 bookies ran by the same company arguing with each other and casimba is taking the win to avoid a refund

All forwarded onto the gambling commission after speaking with them earlier today

Literally made a linked in account and tagged there CEO founder etc with the truth in black and white .. casimba fighting way playzee it’s sister company to avoid refunding me .. says it all

Played here for a few weeks no problem with deposits/withdrawals and really thought id found a brand you can trust I even recommended to a few friends who gamble. But out of the blue I get a email saying my account and all accounts on other whitehatgaming sites have been banned this is what it reads.

I have no issue with my gambling and do it as entertainment win or loose i have limits and access to tools to limit myself more if need be. All this does is eventually drives players to shady untrusted casinos or having to go through the painful process of verification again as we all know that's most casinos downfall. I was also up on the casino in these weeks so the only reason I can think is they didn't want me to win more? Not sure how that works but that's the only reason I can think of. Id like to add the fact they said in that email if i had any balances on any of their sites the money would be lost. So Be careful even if your verified they might just shut your account mid gameplay and steal your money.

PLEASE DONT WASTE YOUR HARD EARNED CASH! They will take your deposits no problem but when you try to withdraw it’s impossible, I’ve had my winning confiscated and account closed because I told them I’m going to the regulator. Please please void this site, it’s a scam!!

Not sure why all the negative reviews, because my experience was good.

Joined in 2020 but never used until September 2022, first time i played i won over £1250, which i was very skeptical whether or not I'd get paid out after reading some reviews on Trustpilot. But these reviews are completely misleading, i was paid out in less than 24hrs.

I was google search for a fast payout online casino and some how I ran into casimba casino, after check out their casino I found a lot of the games I like Signed up and got my account verified I played there for a week, made some deposits in total of 800 Candian dollars and finally won back my money so I make a withdrawal. Since the fifth of September till now is about 6 days and it's still on pending. On the fourth day I started getting panic and went on google reviews and omg, I should of read the reviews before sign up with them, I even went online chat about more than 10 times and every time they kept saying be patience, allow some time for the process. Now been 6 days already left me with no hope..

This site is a massive SCAM we will expose your site. My mother played and won big but was exited out of the game now the site won't contact her and as blocked her having access to the site. We will expose you casimba horrible ethics.

Don’t get the negative reviews, decent games and fast payouts, only took a day to review and transfer back to me. No complaints at all here.

Be careful with this site. You'll play and everything will be normal, then all of a sudden the game turns horrendous. Turns out the website has logged you out in the background but is still allowing you to spin and waste money, but not give you much in return. Happened four times today. Everytime a game turned really bad i exited the game and suprise surprise I was logged out of the casino. UKGC needs to look into this scam of a site.

Signed up to try casimba one night. Deposited between £300-400 on £1 spins before finally getting a decent win of £650, then a win of £150 shortly after. Withdrew £700. Couple of days later got an email requesting verification, sent all the relevant documents, couple of days later got an email saying my documents were accepted and my account had been updated. Checked my account and my withdrawal still said "pending". 2 more days went by and still no money in my bank, checked my casimba account and the withdrawal had been removed from "pending" withdrawals. Just gone. Got on to live chat and was told my withdrawal couldn't be confirmed and the withdrawal team was "unavailable" so they couldn't tell me why it couldn't be confirmed. They said the withdrawal team would "be in touch", I asked how long before they would be in touch and they wouldn't give a timescale. So they let me jam £300-£400 in it no problem but when it comes to withdrawing £700, whatta ya know, there's a problem and it can't be confirmed and I'm left in the dark as to why! With no timescale on when they will get back to me. Also, got a bonus feature on £1 spins which gave me £0.00, what tf is the point in a bonus feature if it gives you nothing! AVOID!

I was very unsure about thus casino at first. When I won £2050 from pure bonus money I was convinced that something was wrong and I wouldn't ever get my money but after 4-5 days I did receive it and the panic was over. Ignore all bad reviews as it is false

Horrendous withrawal experience.

They advertise a "fast and easy" withdrawal system but this is complete BS. They have to manually approve each withdrawal, which takes multiple days.

Then they suddenly require verification of your identity, which funnily enough wasn't required to make any deposits. I had to contact CS multiple times over a three week period as they kept dragging their feet on the withdrawal.

There are other much easier and straightfoward casino sites to use, don't waste your time here.

On the 5th July 2022, I played Cash Riches Megaways must go jackpots, on a low bet.
On the bonus jackpot round, I had only one choice and I chose my pick, I won big, but just as I saw it, in a flash It was concealed with a error message and was locked out of the game. I know that this is a typical complaint for a gambler but I have never lost spins so quickly in comparison to any other casino site.
