Worked in Vegas for many years. Learnt a lot to watch out for with rigged sites. This site is one of the most rigged I've played. Things to watch out for. Win on small bets raise your bet win nothing. When the bonus comes in twice but that elusive 3rd never drops. Rigged site. I actually went over 50 spins winning not one penny. Avoid at all costs.

Been using Casimba for some time now.Never ever have I had a problem with them paying out.Im not a huge gambler but I do like to play.Great selection of games.Can’t fault them in anyway.May it continue like this.

Stay away from this company as there responsible gambling pop up msg comes that I can't spend anymore but they still let that happen and taken all £200 even without winning single penny they failed to protect me and my money now I asked refund but still dispute team looking more than week no reply

Asked for documents sent absolutely everything they asked for.
Came back to me with they’ve confiscated my winnings and sent me £250 back from my deposits not the full £1000. Absolutely disgusting site PLEASE DONT give them a penny.

Absolutely disgusting site I have never ever experienced such bad service. I deposited £100 via trustly apparently the transaction was abandoned. Anyways the money has been taken out my account. They keep telling me to contact the bank/trustly. I have contacted both of those guys which have assured me that Casimba have my money I have spent hours with their support team sending all evidence that they have my money I have also made numerous complaints and contacted their support many times. They are refusing to help me. They are lying saying they don’t have my money despite the bank and Trustly telling me their company has my money. Absolute scumbags. Useless and unprofessional. I JUST WANT MY MONEY!!!!!

Stay away from this filthy piece of shit scam casino. I had 60€ that I was going to withdraw and accidentally triggered my 10 casino bonus free spins that had 35x wagering requirement and won 9.80€ bonus from those. There is no way to remove the bonus funds (I asked the chat and thats what they told me) and you cant wihdraw any money while the bonus is active. The casino uses your real money first of course and it was all downhill trying to wager that scam bonus as usual. One of the worst scam shit shows I've seen. STAY AWAY!

Absolutely dog dung site put nearly a thousand pounds in this site won nothing trying to withdraw my own money which is two hundred pounds because I hadn't won I wasn't just keep trying when it's obvious your not going win now they sent me a email telling me that the money as been processed I haven't received it and they closed my account still haven't got my money

I've been playing over a month on this site now not every day but enough. So I joined a few days ago. Had a few cash outs. Not huge ones but all ok. Then yesterday I won over £4000. My account was then blocked ‘pending review. I felt sick!!! I used the online chat where they are always quick to respond however was told ‘don’t worry’. Well of course I’m worried when I can’t access account or view pending withdrawals. Just now on live chat voiced my concerns to Ted. What a legend. He kept me on chat answered every question to put my mind at rest and by the end of the chat the £4000 was in my account.
Be patient people. Yes withdrawals aren’t the quickest but you get them. Yes they may block account if looks suspicious like I’m sure mine did as a new player BUT use the chat! Thank you so much Ted x

I'm angry with myself for not reading the reviews before signing up. They don't want to pay my winnings. Scammers!!! But I won't give up, there are licensing committees that deal with them

If I could give it zero I would!! Trying to withdraw my winnings for 4 days now and every time they say they are processing please allow 24 hrs but have now locked my account, I have looked this company up on companies house and have details and will be taking action towards them for not just how they treated me but other people!

Won big money waited 2 days to be review and now refusing to pay my winnings now have blocked my account and are ignoring me AVOID THIS SITE AND DREAM VEGAS THEY ARE BOTH LINKED........
